   So scammy, save yourself a headache and don’t download. I downloaded this to order ahead some bubble tea. I didn’t realize using it would sign me up for a monthly subscription to their service. I tried to make the most of it, but even trying to use it to order once, the fees were crazy! Taxes and fees, delivery fee, driver benefit, and tip AND THIS IS WITH THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. It also just feels like it’s consistently trying to trick you. Like if you update your cart, you had to re-add coupons. And they try and trick you into not cancelling with greying out the buttons to click to cancel.

   Terrible service. Extremely invasive, harvesting who knows how much personal information from me without consent. It was impossible to find how to terminate the subscription. In the end, I had to download this extremely ill laid out app and it took me over 5 minutes before I could find the button I needed to press to manage my subscription. Avoid this app at all costs. Just like many other apps from China, they intentionally make it so that you cannot find anything. They’re as bad as Verizon.

   This app keeps charging you even after uninstalling. Please fix this issue! I have no idea why this app keeps charging me randomly. Even after uninstalling the app, random charge still keeps coming 🙅‍♂️

   不要下载，还不如其他外卖软件. 很多家店的名字不是跟门店店名名字不一样，很多店根本不存在，客服也不行，在饭团下单，很多时候去店里拿外卖，根本找不到那家店，下载这软件就是浪费时间，第一次在app评论，饭团真差劲！！！！

   Fantuan - Bad platform service. Miscommunication between the restaurant and the delivery, customer chasing orders themselves, took almost 2 hours from order to finally receiving the food - it is not the restaurant getting order ready in time, nor traffic cause delay, it is the platform that is totally messed up !

    Fraud! Be careful about charge!. They will hide the fees and charge and only shows as very small text fonts. After you paid, you will see service fees + driver benefit fee + delivery fee + tips. for my $70 order, it charges $22 for them. When you contact them, they will say it’s your fault to use the app!

    Refunds do not exist. Customer service does not want to help. If you have to refund an order, it’ll never happen. Order cancellation on the merchant or Fantuan side will take too long and by that time, you’ll be ineligible for a refund. I finalized an order by accident and immediately went to “request to cancel it” and I was not refunded. After explaining to customer service for two whole hours that the cancellation request was made immediately after ordering, they kept repeating how the merchant somehow already made the meal. I called the merchant right after the request of cancellation to tell them I do not want the order and they told me to dispute it through Fantuan and that they won’t make the order. It is a tennis game and you’re the ball having to go between. For some reason the merchant hit “ready to pickup” and then the Fantuan customer service kept saying they couldn’t cancel for that reason and refund me even though I informed both parties promptly that the order was a mistake. I just threw money into their pockets for no service.

    App is a scam. This app is a scam. I placed an order and paid (confirmed by ApplePay) then Fantuan cancels it due to “payment timeout.” I see a message on the app saying the order was cancelled. This makes me think something went wrong so I place the order again. When I go to pickup, the restaurant has both orders! I then check the app and see both orders went through and the message showing cancelled has been removed. App is a complete scam!

    Disgusting & Evil Company!. Evil Fantuan Delivery charging customers $9.99 per month for VIP membership while continuing to impose excessive merchant fees and failing to adequately address customer concerns is unacceptable. By contrast, Panda offers more competitive pricing, even for non-VIP users, along with far better customer service. Panda is the superior platform.

    Spam Notifications. This app constantly spams you with notifications with no option turn them off. I deleted the app the very next day.

    This app is a scam. Oh my goodness, please do not fall for the sign up people outside of the store. They ask you to sign up for a reward, but what they don’t tell you is that when they take you phone to “show” you the deal they actually pay for the monthly subscription charging exactly $9.99 to your account. Please don’t fall for the scam that I did it’s not worth the trouble. And even if it’s not them adding it they’re not going to tell you that they’re adding you to one when you sign up.
