An editorial reading of the saved reviews

Fantuan positions itself as a platform for Asian food with attractive deals, but the actual logistics frequently break down: couriers head in the wrong direction, restaurants in the catalog don't exist, and refunds land in an internal wallet.

What people use it for

Students and diaspora members looking for Asian food with coupons, willing to accept an inconsistent service

What reviews praise

A wide selection of Asian restaurants and student discounts in university cities.

What reviews complain about

Coordination between the platform and restaurants is weak: orders get lost, and the customer is left to sort it out themselves.
