Not for Individual Users. I have been evaluating flowcharting solutions and really enjoyed using Lucid on the web. I installed the app and found that I must be a paid Team or Enterprise user to use it. I was considering paying for Lucid’s Individual plan because I really liked the service however, I don’t like how the web page works on my mobile devices. Because I do not have access to the app as an Individual user, I’ve decided not to subscribe to Lucid and will be choosing a different solution that allows the use of their App at a reasonable price.

Doesn’t work unless enterprise. As a paid individual user you can’t use the app. Not sure why developers don’t allow access to paid users

You hurt your paid customers. You removed my ability to use the iPad app even with a PAID account. There for, you lost a 5+ year paid user. Horrible decision you made, and you blame Apple for hurting your loyal customers, when the decision was yours. Shameful.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. This app used to work for Free Tier users. You pricks locked it behind paid and enterprise accounts for NO reason other than greed. I was a paying customer on and off as needs arise but now I refuse to renew out of principle.

No single user access. The decision to make the app exclusive to Team and Enterprise users is boneheaded and greedy. I used to use this app on the go often and it was nice to be able to access my projects when not at my computer and not have to navigate it on my mobile browser. Now any of us on individual plans are screwed. Thanks Lucidchart.

Stupid developers. Why should I pay for a product only to not be able to use the app version because of their greed in only allowing enterprise users access to it. Ditching this app and my subscription

Frustratingly locked for education users. It’s really frustrating that the app version is not available for educational users. Seems pointlessly locked.

Needs to have an app option. Browser incompatibility issues would be remediate if they simply offered an app version! I’m not disabling my browser plugins for this one site! Even on mobile devices can’t login to the gov account!

Teams Only. Do not download if you are on any individual plan. It won’t let you in.

Paid accounts won’t work. If you are a paying individual user you can’t use this app.

Can’t even log in.. That’s it.

Paying customers can’t use it. I have a paid subscription but cannot use the app because it is for ‘team and enterprise’ users. I have a small business and don’t require a team or enterprise account. Additionally, the web app is always suggesting I upgrade my subscription. I guess it is time to start looking for alternatives. It’s a shame, because I generally like the software.

STAY AWAY! Frustrating Experience - Critical Features Locked Behind Paywall, and Even Paid Features. I was working on a large, complex chart in Lucidchart and tried to break it into sections using layers. That approach didn’t work as expected, so I deleted the layers—only to realize that it took critical parts of my chart with it. Here’s the catch: you can only “undo” via something called Revision History, which is locked behind a paywall. It’s an intentional and greedy design choice. So I upgraded my plan, just to fix this one issue and then downgrade again. But even after upgrading, Revision History failed me—none of my versions from just a few days ago were accessible. My work was gone. To make matters worse, I discovered that this exact issue was raised over three years ago in Lucidchart’s community forums. Back then, version history did work for the affected user. Today, despite years of feedback, they’ve chosen not to improve the functionality. If anything, it’s worse. Lucidchart’s editorial and product decisions seem more focused on catching users in traps than supporting them with intuitive, reliable tools. STAY AWAY from this product. When something goes wrong—and it will—you’ll find that essential recovery tools are either paywalled or broken.

Doesn’t work. Won’t let me sign in

Not for individual subscribers. The app can only be used with an enterprise subscription. What a joke considering the cost of an individual subscription.

Forget using on an iPhone. I get that this app is not ideal for iPhones but I occasionally want to view/reference an existing lucid file on my phone. The iOS app just doesn’t work and it doesn’t work in a browser. The app just opens a white screen that you cannot get out of without a force quit and when you try to use safari browser you get the “a problem repeatedly occurred error..”

Individual subscriptions excluded. It’s mind boggling that you can’t use the app unless you’re subscribed at an enterprise level. I am a freelance developer and have an individual subscription. Is my business not meaningful enough to warrant use of the application?

They don’t care about consumers. Unless if you’re a corporation they want absolutely nothing to do with you besides take your money and let you use the bloated web app.

No longer works for individual users. Used to work for individual users but now you have to pay or use the web ui.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Unfortunately paying still does not give you access to the app. Apparently if your a single paid annual customer your still not allowed to use the app. Failure comes from the top down.

iOS devs should be fired. iOS version of this app straight up doesn’t work at all. Cannot look at any diagrams without the screen going blank. What are your engineers doing?

LET THE PIBLIC USE THIS APP!!,. LUCIDCHART SHOULD BE USABLE FOR THE PUBLIC, IM NOT RATING A STAR AT ALL, THIS APP IS TRASH!!!
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Screen goes blank. When opening a diagram the screen goes completely blank with no controls visible whatsoever. The only option is hard killing the app.

Requiring team/enterprise plan to use this is wack. Whatever product manager thought this was an appropriate plan is absolutely off their rockers. Holy cow.

Constant refresh. Anytime I zoom or move the image on a page, my phone instantly refreshes causing for the most aggravating loop withholding me from my documents. It was not like this on iPhone until the most recent update
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Can’t use even with paid individual plan. The fact that this app is locked for team and enterprise plans is a shame. Paying a standard monthly fee should be enough to use the app at a bare minimum.

Won't support such a penny pinching company. No longer support individual accounts on the app, then why pay $100/yr for this at all. Cheap penny pinching company I will no longer support. Cancelled subscription as well, there are better cheaper solutions these days for just web based apps. 👎

Lost another customer. You really need to fix the issue with individual users not being able to use the app. You just lost yet another customer.

Lacking Magic Keyboard Trackpad Support. Why can’t I zoom without touching the screen?
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
No individual access?. What’s the point of paying for a subscription if they don’t allow access with an individual subscription? Their competitors do this so why can’t they?
