Lucidchart is a powerful web service for flowcharts and diagrams with a rich shape library and collaboration. The mobile app is effectively dead for solo users: the company restricted it to Team and Enterprise plans. Productively strong, but it has strategically abandoned its individual user base.

You removed my ability to use the iPad app even with a PAID account. There for, you lost a 5+ year paid user. Horrible decision you made, and you blame Apple for hurting your loyal customers, when the decision was yours.
I've used a few apps, this is the best one I've used that's truly cross platform, web, Mac, PC, iOS.
I've been using Lucid for years and constraining tablets and mobile now to teams/organization and removing the application from supporting individual (paid) account was a terrible decision.
