It’s all downhill from here. I don’t know what changed but this truly useful and helpful tool is no longer available online only through their app severely limiting use cases and accessibility. You’d find Jesus before you find any support contact information I’ll tell you that. Honestly such a disappointment from a tool that really worked well.

It vaporized. I have been bragging to my friends how great this app is. I’ve used it for the past 30+ days. It is 8 o’clock at night and I wanted to check how many calories I had left today. I can’t login. I’m very tech savvy. It doesn’t recognize me. I can’t get it to budge. So I have to find a new app and I’ve lost all of my records. That is why I only gave it one star. Thanks for reading.

Constant review requests. This app is actually great for tracking nutrition, but over the past few weeks it relentlessly asks for a review. If you just select “close” then it will pop up with every item you try to log. If you select a star and submit without a text review then it will still request a rating again later that day. Trying a text review to see if that actually stops the constant rating requests, and if not then I’m not sure the app is worth the hassle of constant pop ups. Which is a shame, because the tracking component works well.

App no longer connects to database. I’ve been using this app for 7 years, every single day of the week. Today the app stopped connecting to the database. I cannot add new items or access food records from previous days. And tech support is utterly useless.

Gone?. I logged breakfast yesterday and when I tried to log lunch I was unable to log in. Odd, since I had never logged out. I’ve tried everything and basically I believe the app just shut down. I found several responses on Google that the company sold the app and it now is for corporate use only. I found one “notice” from Track stating you can export your data, but that doesn’t work either. Sad ending to an app I used daily for years.

Randomly logged out. I should have just deleted this app once it stopped working in November but then I gave it a chance 2 weeks ago and it was working This app was working perfectly until this morning I open the app and I am logged out. I can’t remember my password (I’ve been using it since 2021) and the forgot password link sends me to a page that says their “ full website is partially offline while they work on a few upgrades” so disappointing . Now I’ve lost all my progress and data again for the second time! You can’t trust this app

Lost all of my tracking info.. I am done with this app. It IS great, tracks my protein and carb intake very well. But for the third time I have lost all of my previous numbers, custom foods, all my statistics. I know it’s free, but if I have to KEEP entering food information every time this randomly erases all of my info, it’s not even worth free.
