Awful. Downloaded it for the same reasons as everyone else. Set up my account - and just continues to say “oops something went wrong” I’ve deleted and redownloaded. I’ve reset my phone. Unsure how to fix this but really inconvenient

Horrible. Trying to add a new pet in the app and it gives me nothing. Only thing I can do is edit the current pet. Sure wish my Vet Clinic would have stayed with the other app. It you are looking at this for your clients… don’t.

Unimpressed. This app does not let me enter vaccinations provided by different vets. I’m struggling to see how this app is supposed to be useful if it can’t house all the information about my dog in one location. It also will not let me update basic information like my cell phone. Seems very buggy. I probably will not continue using it.

Unusable. Update 09/12/2025: still a thumbs down. After developer updated, I am now able to access the app when I open it. That said, I have attempted to update the profile of the pet and am continuously stalled by the “oops something went wrong” prompt, when I attempt to save the new information I added. So this app is still missing the mark, imo. ———- Prompted to download this app after making a first time appointment with a new Vet. Immediately after successfully setting up and confirming account, the only screen that is presented when I open the app is the “Oh No!-Something went wrong-Tell us more about what happened” with a “Reset App” button at the bottom of the screen. The app does not ~reset~ after being deleted and redownloaded, either. At this point: Pet Page app is unusable.

Crashes frequently / no valuable info. Keeps crashing and asking me to provide a reason to ‘reset’, which does nothing. I was excited to have a vet with an app as my last vet had one, but this app doesn’t provide anything useful. Can’t view visit records, test results, etc. If I need anything I have to reach out to my vet to email it. This app really could do so much more.

Completely useless!. Downloaded this app so we could get a copy of our puppy’s vaccination records and every time we log in it crashes and then asks ME what went wrong with their app. The app doesn’t work AT ALL and instead of investigating what’s wrong they expect me to somehow have the answer for it?

App is always down. This app used to work for me, but after a period of not having a pet, I have been unable to access and it does not even recognize my vet. The vet told me the app has been having issues, but to not be able to access for over a month is ridiculous. I am recommending that they need to find a new service that actually works.

Can’t sign up bad. Every time I try making a new account using my email it says my email cannot be found. I tried using my email and iCloud to sign up but it keeps saying my emails can’t be found. How am I supposed to make appointment when it’s not letting me create an account.

Terrible app. I keep my app updated and still get the ‘Announcements test’ which blocks half the screen. You cannot X out of it. Our vet had a great app and for some unknown reason, switched to this one. Scheduling is also a nightmare. I know my dog has shots coming due but this app doesn’t look more than a month in advance. Easier for me to either call the office or change vets.

Unable to reset my password.. This is not a quality product. I have been unable to login or reset my password. When they send temporary passwords, they don’t work “there was an error resolving that link”, then I was told to use the webpage and I get an error about not being able to establish a secure connection. It also takes days for a response. Just not a good app.

Freezing up. Just downloaded this app. Got the email to verify my account. I clicked on the agreement then it freezes up and I can’t go pass this or even get out of it. I rebooted my iPhone, logged in, checked the box again on the agreement and it froze up again. I can’t even use this app!!!!
