   It keeps crashing staying at logo screen but never opens. The last couple of days it just stays on the logo screen and it’s over and over again

   Charges an annual fee to cancel plan. I can’t cancel unless I pay an annual fee. I’ll be giving everyone my password so they can have the app to use!

   “AI Photo Editor”. Adobe have lost their minds by reducing the naming of this to “AI Photo Editor.” I’ve been a Lightroom user for over a decade and I think it’s time to put my money somewhere else. This is beyond insulting.

   Problems when uploading and syncing. The editing in the app works okay but the uploading and syncing process have failed me. Very very buggy. Would not reccomend using anymore waste of money.

   Unusable garbage.. This app is constantly loading and syncing. I spend more time waiting for the app to load or sync than editing photos. I encounter constant glitches in the UI. HDR Unavailable. Edits I made are forgotten and have to be redone. I swipe away to the next image and then back and it’s constantly loading. What needs to be loading that wasn’t loaded literally three seconds ago? I want my money back.

   Sloppy interface. All I need was a retouch brush for some red areas which your AI tools can’t see, so I am unable to edit the image. Good job guys.

    Desktop version and the app is horrible. Omg. Getting worse. The desktop version is horrible!!!! EVERY UPDATE IT GETS WORSE! If I didn’t invest my time and efforts into this app, I would’ve been gone! This is ridiculous! You edit a picture just for the app to force close and you have to start over… I took my time editing this picture, just for it to freeze and start me all over!!? As of right now, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS APP. I have thousands of photos and being a photographer as well. After these updates. Still the same. EVERYTHING FREEZES.. This became the worst program… THIS APP NEVER WORKS PROPERLY NOW. Like what are we paying for?! Lightroom mobile is brilliant sometimes! It freezes when you’re using the remove tool almost everytime… but the desktop version is beyond terrible. It’s hard to find tools. Hard to navigate. Just terrible. No matter how it updates it still lags and takes forever to apply edits. You can’t even upload from Lightroom to your social media sites Getting worse.. Now the adaptive presets and the background blur is not working. Sigh.. what is going on with this. It use to be great app!

    Not consistent.. Been using it for a while with really no issues. Lately it’s been crashing, not giving me my presets as well as will not load photos or download them. Just keeps spinning.

    Too expensive and BS yearly subscription.. Like the title says, Lightroom and Adobe products are no longer realistic or affordable. I bought Apples’ lifetime subscription to Photomator and will be switching once the incredibly deceptive YEARLY not monthly subscription expires. I will never come back so long as deceptive practices and outrageous pricing is in place.

    Pretty Terrible. Not sure what all the fuss is about. This app barely does what you want it to and as per Adobe protocol, every single action is overly and unnecessarily complicated.

    Added something then destroyed functionality. The new device tab is great BUT whenever you click the Lightroom tab is defaults to them first image stored then I have to scan they 100k images to get back to my files to edit. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE UPGRADE UNTIL THIS IS FIXED

    Used to be the best. AI photo editor - congrats on forcing and shoe-horning in a tech no one wants. Photographers and artists are being replaced by this garbage, authenticity of real art is constantly questioned because of AI, and now you have forced it into a powerful tool we use so all of our products are now indeed AI and no longer genuine. Shame on you. AI usage and forcing it is destroying the environment but hey congrats on shoving it down our throats here. Hope your graph is going up and to the right.

    Кинули и забыли…. Невозможно купить подписку, уже сменил регион на Америку, но лайтрум этого не видит. Остался без всех своих фотографий, стилей и обработок, которые годами нарабатывал. Очень жаль, что адоб просто кинул и никак не готов решать и помогать своим преданным подписчикам.

    Don’t waste your money. I purchased a year through the App Store in August 2025 paid in full. January 2026 I got signed out and the app will not reconnect or restore my purchase. Can’t get help with customer service without logging in. App is a joke, I want my money back for the 8 months of my subscription I cannot access.

    Pay for every device. They have setup subscriptions now in a way that you have to pay for every device. Subscription on ipad cannot be restored on iPhone, and mac requires a third one.

    No Privacy. It’s shocking to see so many things being recorded and tracked in the privacy details. It’s a photo editing and organization app! Why does it need to track any of those things? It’s not like this is a free app! Sure, it’s “free” to download but you must sign up, which means giving them our data. Doing anything meaningful costs an arm and a leg, too, and the price keeps going up practically every week. So they charge money for the app, then collect our data and sell that to others, and use our data and photos to train their models and sell those models back to us. And before someone from Adobe responds that they don’t do that, lies! Adobe changed the Stock terms and automatically opted everyone’s stock images into their training data, then claimed that they are being “ethical.” That word must have a different meaning at Adobe than it actually does. Shameful.
