   Never pick up. There are no drivers. It’s 9:40pm and I’m trying to go back home. My stroll ride is $80 plus tip and no one for an hour now has picked it up. This is the worst. Taxi’s cost less and they come immediately.

   information unclear, customer service nonexistent. prices /rates are unclear and not specified before you make the decision to call for a ride. and they don't respond to their emails or whatsapp about prices. a price sheet that specifies the rates per mile or per minute or whatever would be very helpful. it's unfortunate that none of my inquiries have been responded to.

   Horrible. App is horrible. I heard there is a new company in town. Try that one it’s wayyy better! Taxis on Guam are a rip off.

   Ride Bait. App entices you to a rate and issues a whammy to your credit card. For example, a sedan from point a (pickup) to point b (drop off) was quoted at $9.95 for a sedan. At the end of the ride approximately 4 miles and the ride cost $17.00. No mention by driver or app of the total, nothing nada. Very deceptive to me. I’ll call a taxi in the future. With the meter I know exactly how much. Very disappointing.

   Can’t even verify. The app has you verify your phone number. Pretty normal and simple enough to do… if the app would send a verification code. Having been trying for hours to get a code sent to my number but still nothing. Seems I’ve just been wasting my time hoping this app would work.

    Price gouging is insane. The price gouging is absolutely insane the only good thing about stroll is the drivers hence the 2 stars. I Would never recommend this app to anyone.

    Very Overpriced…. Very overprice, needs competition. It’s kind of curious that the Uber app is accessible here but no cars are available on the island.

    Implement Feature to Block a Driver. Regarding Stroll Guam. Every time I make an order I get a guy named Tana, but this guy just ends up canceling.

    Payment. I’ve been trying to figure out how to add my card to the app and nothing it keeps saying cash but I am not one to carry cash on me. It’s frustrating that the card option does not pop up!

    Good Service. Nice ride, clean,vehicles and kind people. Average cost seems around $30. It seems to be normal because even the motel charged that me if I would have used their service so just use them.

    Not bad. Great ride share service a tad expensive but still better than a taxi. You can request a ride a day early. Need to be at the airport by 0330am and order a ride the day before and he showed up. Their customer service is impressive. I often sent questions via email and have gotten a response within minutes. My only issue is that it’s very difficult to find drivers with base access and when I first arrived in Guam they used to accept cash as a form of payment but they removed that option.

    BEST TRAVEL APP IN GUAM. tried to use uber for my visit in guam but after realizing it didnt work i tried other apps and this is by far the best one and is way more reliable than just waving down a taxi way safer and cheaper. nice drivers and fast cheap rides. used it multiple times on my port visit here in guam for the 2 days i was here it was perfect amazing app!
