   收取的费用不提供对应的发票. 打车从首都机场会天津。平台多收了60元高速费和30元停车费，但是不提供对应的发票。这个让人很疑惑。既然平台能收费就应该提供对应的发票，如果提供不了就不该收费。不然就是平台乱收费，或者偷税漏税。

   优惠与实际不符. 本来打车去程用的其他软件只要36，在搭车的过程中收到短信有个优惠10元的券，就下载了APP，返程用的滴滴APP，结果算上优惠的10元还要42多点，那你就是还收了我你APP打广告的费用，垃圾玩意。卸载了，再次打车我用其他软件

    Drivers scamming. At the airport. Drivers keep arriving then canceling then calling to ask me to pay them directly. Meanwhile I get stuck with cancellation fee. Didi SCAM! And then the didi driver that finally picks up tries to scam us into paying the $10 airport fee for cars to exit.

    Dangerous Drivers Even with Babies in Car (including premium drivers). I live in China and often have to get around. Didi drivers in Wuhan drive insanely recklessly including the premium drivers on the app. Even when you politely ask them to drive safely and point out there’s a baby in the car, many get annoyed / offended (Not all drivers but at least a third.) Tailgating is super common even when in very bad weather. It’s unbelievable that this problem has persisted for so long on didi. The app should be held accountable for their drivers behavior. A few drivers being bad is the drivers problem, but many drivers being terrible is the app and managements problem.

    顺风车投诉没用. 投诉车主转不了人工客户，提交投诉也没用，不会惩罚车主，也不会补偿乘客损失
