Doesn't send the verification code. I've tried numerous of time to send a verification code to my email and the app does not send it to my email. I've tried several times time and time again. This app is extremely flawed and needs to be fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and my account.

This app is a lie. Tried to order some shoes. said I could order them at 10 A.M. when the shoes dropped had a reminder and I was on the app. Second before 10 A.M. had my pre card Installed & address. Pick my size and press pay and it wouldn’t process my payment. Five minutes later. All the shoes was sold out. I could’ve went to the store and got them instead. Garbage.

Racist Store. In my opinion, it seems racist that the nike has still not released the world cup jerseys for Türkiye on their store. The jerseys for other countries are available to buy, yet this one still says Coming Soon. There are only two weeks left until the tournament begins, and this is very unprofessional. FIFA should revoke their licensing to make world cup jerseys because of this suspicious behavior.

Absurd Security Rules. First off: 1 Star for having no support email to submit this. Forcing chat with someone in a call center is not better. Now the issue: Stop forcing us to do two factor authentication just to log into your app. It’s a shoe app. It doesn’t need extra layers of security. When I select the option to “use password”, it still makes retrieve an email code after entering my password. What’s the point of the password option if you still force two factor authentication? I don’t care if it’s a new device or not. Stop this. You’re a sock app. Not JP MORGAN CHASE Bank.
