   Doesn't send the verification code. I've tried numerous of time to send a verification code to my email and the app does not send it to my email. I've tried several times time and time again. This app is extremely flawed and needs to be fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and my account.

   This app is a lie. Tried to order some shoes. said I could order them at 10 A.M. when the shoes dropped had a reminder and I was on the app. Second before 10 A.M. had my pre card Installed & address. Pick my size and press pay and it wouldn’t process my payment. Five minutes later. All the shoes was sold out. I could’ve went to the store and got them instead. Garbage.

   cant use the app with an account. idk might have great ui but i find it ridiculous and quite frankly stupid that i need an account in order to even use the app. it just stays on the sign up/in page. downloaded the app for convince not to have to sign up just to view the products

    New App is Awful. The new app design is atrocious. I can’t even order anything from Nike because the app design is so terrible. They are more interested in looking like a social media app than actually making the app user friendly. I can’t even explain my frustration.

    Super annoying. Adding SNKRS shoes and having a completely different app or check out but still showing cooler looking shoes you can’t have is absolutely a waste of time and resources. Put it all on one app and stop this nonsense.

    Racist Store. In my opinion, it seems racist that the nike has still not released the world cup jerseys for Türkiye on their store. The jerseys for other countries are available to buy, yet this one still says Coming Soon. There are only two weeks left until the tournament begins, and this is very unprofessional. FIFA should revoke their licensing to make world cup jerseys because of this suspicious behavior.

    Absurd Security Rules. First off: 1 Star for having no support email to submit this. Forcing chat with someone in a call center is not better. Now the issue: Stop forcing us to do two factor authentication just to log into your app. It’s a shoe app. It doesn’t need extra layers of security. When I select the option to “use password”, it still makes retrieve an email code after entering my password. What’s the point of the password option if you still force two factor authentication? I don’t care if it’s a new device or not. Stop this. You’re a sock app. Not JP MORGAN CHASE Bank.

Heck, I’ve been buying Nike well before the app started and the fact that my money is only good when there’s not a drop. I’ve spent my last dime with y’all… y’all let these bots control the drops for hard-working people never stand a chance….you’ve lost a loyal customer for good.

    App in Philippines is terrible. App and customer support in Philippines is terrible. I had over $250 in “in stock” orders cancelled because the shoes were “not in stock”. Customer service could not help since they are not connected to warehouse. Can’t make this up. Is this 1980 or 2026???
