   keep getting women’s clothes. clothes don’t have a gender but i prefer men’s styles. i keep getting shuffled into the women’s section despite being a cis man. let us add gender preferences in our settings

   0 stars. I would give it a 0 but I can’t. Every time I order something it goes to back order or out of stock after it takes my payment. Never had a good experience with this app. I’m always chasing an order I spent money on Months ago and never get my full return.

    stop making me confirm im human ???. i was shopping on the uo app like ive done many times in the past but today the app is making me press and hold on the screen to confirm im human literally every second NONSTOP. the app has become unusable for me.

    Always gives me wrong items, cancels orders, terrible customer service, warehouse needs work. Every time I order from Urban Outfitters, they give me wrong items. I call them for a refund and every time they tell me I have to go to a post office to return it. All they give me a is a twenty percent off coupon for canceling and giving me wrong items. This is probably the 10th time I went to the post office. Probably not gonna order from Urban Outfitters anymore. Warehouse needs to improve on shipping and customer service. Kept asking them to stop making mistakes but they still continue to cancel my orders.

    Reward point system should be way better. From the comments of other people quality has gone down and I’ve been a member with Urban Outfitters for a while. I feel like I rarely get any promotion deals anymore. It’s always something ridiculously high like $50 off a 200 purchase $15 off 150 like nobody’s trying to spend that much lol

    Ugly. Everything and every worker there is so chopped it hurts my eyes everytime I walk in. Im litterally blinded by the ugliness and the choppedness in this building please get better clothes and less chopped workers so I am inspired to buy something.

    False promises. Couldn’t sign up for rewards and didn’t receive the first time discount which is why I even downloaded the app.

    No deals hard checkout. Most items on the website you couldn't apply the special they had running, so that was pointless and to cash out on the app wouldn't save my credit card information tried with PayPal wouldn't connect with my PayPal. It literally took about 12 tries and it finally went through.

    They do not know how to properly refund people back.. Basically I preordered a vinyl, I accidentally cancelled it later on but now it’s been about 8 days and I’ve still haven’t got my money back, I was just told for the THIRD time to wait another 72 hours, the workers are very vague and barely help.
