   Why can't I see the dates of my purchases?. Why can't I see the dates of my purchases? I don't understand why no one is talking about this! I believe it is wrong and needs to be corrected. This really frustrates me. I buy a lot of things and don't always remember the dates. In an app like Mango, I feel like this feature should be absolutely essential! Please fix this error. I want to be able to see all the details regarding my order the day, month, and year, as well as which card was used for payment.

   Can’t make a return. Guys, that’s not the first time when the app fails to submit the return. It says “We are working to fix the error. Please try again in a few minutes.” But nothing really works. All day I’m trying to submit the return and instead getting this error dialog. Please fix it and I’m not sure I want to deal with this store anymore after such a horrible user experience.

   Bugs. I had five things in my cart and it wouldn’t let me create an account. Then it cancelled all my items. This happened three times and I decided to check out without creating an account

   Returns broken. I will no longer shop with Mango because the QR code returns system is broken - the codes generate non functioning shipping labels which USPS refuses to ship. I’ve contacted customer service and they refuse to assist.

   Useless Customer Service. Ordered through this app and received 2 wrong items, contacted customer service and received the most generic answer. Why is the onus on the customer when the company makes a mistake? Now, I have to take time out of my day to either ship the items back and wait forever or go to a store for an exchange, I have a very busy schedule so this is very frustrating. I’ll shop someplace else, I guess.

    Takes too long to arrive. Do not buy from them online if you live in USA, it takes 1 month to arrive. And if you return something it takes more than 2 months to get a refund.

    Bad support. Your website says that next-day delivery orders should be placed before 12 EST. But it does not say am or pm. So I thought it was a p.m. But your support team says to me that it's not. And after that just kicked me out of the chat when I still wrote the message. I have a vacation trip tomorrow so I need this package today. But your support team just says that I misunderstood the time and is not going to help. The time on your site is not indicated normally!!! It's does not say p.m or a.m
