They want you to pay a year upfront to get as much money as possible and yet after two years of having this app, I’ve only seen maybe two new features added.

   You don’t get what you pay for. With subscription it states the wallpaper is free it was zero at check out but it charged me a total of $5.0 and I never received the wallpaper

   I pay, I get no skins. I pay for the Plus Plan, and I have now emailed them twice and get no reply! It doesn’t allow me to change the skins, even though I paid.

    Inaccurate. It appears this app uses data from Apple weather. Apple weather is very inaccurate. Not only that but the interface is juvenile, clumsy and difficult to make sense of. Not sure why anyone would subscribe to this drivel.

    Suitable for a child to play with or maybe a cat if it’s easily amused. No real weather just minimal info depicted with silly gamified software physics. How did this get so many awards? It’s (Not Boring) Weather, it’s (Not Weather) Boring.

    No free widgets. When this app first launched, it offered a few free widgets for the lock screen and home screen. However, with later updates, they completely removed all free widget options. I really dislike this tactic to push users toward a premium upgrade, and I’ll never support an app that takes this kind of approach.

    Boring and lame. I was hoping Not a Boring Weather App would live up to its name, but honestly, it’s pretty underwhelming. Compared to other weather apps, it lacks detailed information—no radar, no hourly breakdown, and barely any useful forecasts beyond the basics. The UI feels more like a gimmick than something intuitive or practical. Plus, the fact that they want you to pay a monthly subscription for something this barebones is pretty disappointing. There are plenty of free apps that do way more. Not worth it.

    Wrong price—. So how exactly does $14.99 turn into $15.99? Someone owes me a dollar. That’s the only reason I gave you 1 star. Other than that it’s fun. Not worth a service fee, but a straight purchase? Yes. But someone owes me a dollar or I’ll ask for a full refund.
