An editorial reading of the saved reviews

One of the few apps where users praise both accuracy and readability, not just design. Severe-weather warnings work. The weak point is that widgets were moved behind a paywall, cutting practical value for part of the audience.

What people use it for

Users who value visual readability over raw numbers

What reviews praise

The animated layout makes weather instantly clear rather than a boring table.

What reviews complain about

Without a subscription there is no home-screen widget, and the widget is the main use case for a weather app.

What users experience

I love this app so much it makes the Apple weather less boring, but the only bad thing is my widget is not working properly. It just says unlock and it doesn't say the weather on the widget and it's supposed to so I think if they fix the widget it'll be a five star.
