   Bad business practices/scam!. I reported y’all to Apple. So, after a few uses and f the app, I got a screen that said in order to keep using the app, to pay .99 cents and to press on the .99 cents tab. So, I pushed the tab to pay the .99 cents, but then I get a subscription monthly fee of a $1.99 a month. Dude, be upfront and truthful, including not saying it’s .99 cents to continue its use of the app when that’s a complete lie. Bad business practices!

   Scam. What happened to this app? When I downloaded it years ago I’m pretty sure it was just a super simple fan app made by a single developer and had no subscription. Sometime in the last year I think it must have been bought out by a scammy company, and now they want $1.99 a month (despite the app saying it will only be a one time $.99 purchase!). So beware and do not download!

   Greedy New Developer. Ive used this app many years. Even got in contact with the original app created that sold it. It went from free to a one time purchase of .99 (no big deal) but now it’s $1.99 for a sound fx. Unfortunately I’m looking for a new app since the price just keeps increasing. So unfortunate the new owner is this greedy.

   Total scam or dumb developer. This app is simple. Push a button get a sound. No settings or adjustments besides on/off and volume. BEWARE- Simple and free until you hit a pay wall stating it is only 0.99¢ to continue to use the app. But when selected to pay the one time price it instead signs you up for a monthly $1.99 subscription service. Slimy and underhanded? Just a mistake by the developer and Apple? Either way I lost my money on that app, and could have lost more if I didn’t see it in my renewing subscriptions.

    Making me repay for the app. A while ago the app requested $0.99 to keep using it. No big deal as it’s pretty good. Now it’s asking for that again and when I try to pay it it’s actually a $2/month subscription fee. Really disappointed.

    Asks for 99¢, charges you $1.99 / month. A great app, would easily throw a dollar in to keep using it per the developer note, but then comes a massive bait and switch. Once you click the button for 99¢ one time fee, your actually charged for 1.99 a month. Super dishonest.

    They lied.. I used this app for free for awhile. It was simple and easy. Then a pay-wall came up and I agreed to their ONE-TIME 99 cent fee, only to discover it was a monthly subscription and not 99 cents, but $1.99. I immediately cancelled.

    What is up with this app?!?. UPDATE: The developer contacted me and they have indeed reverted to the old app features but now, despite having purchased it twice, they keep asking for another payment to keep it working. Get ANY OTHER APP! This was my go to. My guaranteed sleep. On all our phones and we paid for it. Now, unless you upgrade AGAIN it’s wonky and won’t work. Skip this one. Used to be the absolute best but until they reconfigure, STAY AWAY.

    Used to be awesome.. Before they added all these fancy features, this was the perfect fan noise app. Now that they’ve added all this premium options the app has done WAY down hill. Buggy and they don’t even have the original fan noise that was awesome.

    Bait and Switch on privacy. I downloaded this app because it was simple and minimal advertising. The didn’t collect any personal data. Well they changed their policy and read what they collect now. I just need a simple app that doesn’t collect every website I visit.

    Upgrade is not good. This used to be a great, simple, bare bones fan sound. That sound is no longer available. New fan sounds were added and they are not at all good. The new stuff features high pitched noise that is mostly annoying and to top it off a periodic fade out was added. ??? Why ??? This new updated version has no relaxing options. Please add the old fan noise back.

    Used to be a simple app. I paid money for this app because it was simple and was just a start/stop button with a spinning fan graphic… now with its added complexity it’s not nearly as good of an app as it was. I wouldn’t pay for this version.

    What’s the point?. You didn’t put any effort in. You learned how to make the most basic app in existence and you have the nerve to ask people for money. Maybe provide something more than a virtual button that plays a looping mp3.

    Terrible white noise app. Since the new version, this is a terrible white noise app. I purchased the previous version, and it was great, however, the new sounds are terrible, it seems as though they just chose random fan noises, and associated them with different kinds of visually recognizable fan pictures. None of them are soothing, in fact the opposite, and the looping that they use is terrible. There is a very noticeable gap in audio between the 1 minute loop of sound, it seems like this should be an easy fix. Save your money.
