👿. There is only one workout you can use. If you want to do other workout plans be prepared to pay

Malware & Won’t AirPlay. This app will Not Airplay onto the TV or Mirror from an iPhone screen like my other fitness apps which was super important to me. The biggest thing however was that when I tried to click on the AirPlay icon that is on 7’s videos (yes the icon is there but it doesn’t work) I got immediate alerts on my phone from my internet company that they had blocked some malware with a time stamp and device name that matched me clicking that icon on my phone. With that said, I’m done with this app and deleted it. I do not recommend anyone else use this until the developer corrects this issue. I personally switched over to Oxycise and love that one.

Only 7 day free trial. Boo. It doesn’t say there’s any sort of free option after that. Deleted.

Potentially great. Enjoy the app and willing to pay, but support even after multiple internal messages will never respond. Pointless to have the system to contact admin, it’s a suggestion box with a false sense of hope. I’d prefer 1* but feel it might seem mean. Cheers 😀

Only one free workout. Got rid of all their free workouts and only have one available

Adhoc support. Unable to complete setup without setting up a schedule

What. For some reason, it says in the app 4+ so people that are four and higher can do this, but for some reason it said that I have to be at least 16 like bro can’t you just put it in the app? or am I just stupid?

Paywall. You only get four free workouts before the others are all behind a paywall. This is disgusting greed.

Took my money, won’t let me sign in. I paid for a year’s subscription in December. Today I went to the app and I was signed out for some reason. When I try to sign in with my Apple ID it tries to get me to create a new account. Waiting to hear back from support. For now, feeling ripped off!

Inconsistent. I pay for this app and have been paying for it for over 5 years. Today I open it and I’m being asked to pay to work out. I paid for a year subscription in November and it’s February. Now I’ve wasted most of my work out time trying to figure out why it won’t open any of my paid for workouts. I would have asked for support, but no option for that. Only option is leaving a bad review.

Boring. This app said it was fun but it is very boring and you have to post to do half on the stuff very disappointed 😞

No free option. Kinda obnoxious that there’s no free option available when it advertises itself as having one. You get like 8 free workouts then you have to subscribe.

Good but ….. I love the app but I don’t want to pay.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Not the best. The overall concept is good, but I used it for almost six months, and was on a diet and saw little to no progress. Although the rewards made it fun, it still seemed ineffective. Also, the subscription is expensive for what you’re getting from it.

Average. Okay for an app. Only one week free. Not worth paying for.

Good app w/constant annoyances. I like the app and system but updates include more and more annoyances that I can’t change. There needs to be a never option not just a not now for constantly begging me to pay money by subscribing. I’m sick of you and this entire world’s SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE!! mentality just STOP!!!!! I got the app and I want to use it without nuisance. I buy things once and I use them and if I want something new I’ll buy a new thing without a subscription and from a company that isn’t an annoying pest.

Too expensive. They need a lower tier with no bells or whistles

Please bring back workout list on side panel in iPad!. With new ios26 update for this app, this handy list disappeared. Please bring it back, it saves a lot of unnecessary taps and swipes.

Good ab workouts but…. I previously purchased at least four different programs on this app, I haven’t used it for a while, and now all of the previously purchased programs are gone, and I have to pay for new ones?

Not Happy. Not happy that this app does not track my running my swimming am I biking anymore it used to do that but now it only tracks when I use the app seven and count towards my progress.

7. This app is really good like I started off with the first three or four workouts and I was drenched in sweat but it is a really great app

Fake. Fake

Lose the negativity. For some, life is busy and already challenging enough. I don’t need a workout app that makes me feel bad & makes me dread opening it if I miss a day. Worked out on my “off days” but missed one workout day & logged into a heart breaking on my screen. I made up the workout & worked out 3 days following & it wasn’t enough to earn it back. I hate that I already paid for this. I don’t even want to open it…. like the consistent days before & after a missed day doesn’t matter. Motivators should be positive. Lose the negative vibes.

App is crashing. This is a great workout app. I really like it but after a few days when I launch it, it crashes right away and goes back to home screen. I have tried rebooting and reinstalling but it keeps on crashing. I have an iPad 9th generation updated to IOS 18.2.

Accessibility options (or lack there of). While I do enjoy the set up of the workouts, I’m a little disappointed about the accessibility. On the surface level, the app feels very inclusive, even having ways to tick areas for back pain/wrist pain/hip pain/pregnancy/etc. HOWEVER, I still have options that show up that DO hurt these areas—I had hip surgery for tumor removal, and have at least 5 exercises on rotation that I can’t do—and upon trying to uncheck them, was told that a membership was necessary to do so. While I 100% understand why the developers want to make money off an otherwise outstanding product, I think locking an accessibility feature behind a paywall is kind of gross. It’s incredibly sad, because I was looking forward to it after seeing the pain inclusions. Sigh, I guess I’ll just keep mentally rotating in previous exercises from rotation.
- ★★★★★trial charges and refunds
No real free trial. The app itself is good. I stick to the free stuff. I was considering getting a subscription plan, but when I tried to sign up for a free trial, the app would not let me start a free trial without also signing up for a subscription and asking for credit card information. That is in poor taste. If it’s a free trial it should not require me to sign up for a subscription too. It’s a deceptive thing to do. The content itself is good, but the deception of a free trial leaves a sour taste in my mouth

More options. I really wish that Seven had an option to choose when ill or injured. It sucks that you work so hard and then get demoted because you physically cannot work out. In addition, maybe they could have specialized options for injured bottom and injured top like they have an option for pregnancy.

New download. I will probably update it when I reach a month see how the app is working . I love the interface and ease to use the app. So far two workouts have been great. I wish there was not a paywall and a less invasive pop up if I don’t buy the premium. overall it is a good app! Try it out
