   AI Chatbot Never Works. If you try to use any of the AI Chatbots included in this app you will get a message that says “oops something went wrong. Tripped over some wires” EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I sent an email to ask for a refund and got response.

    Not working. This started off great but for some reason it is not working and hasn’t been. I’m not happy because I have submitted a complaint and no one has even commented on it not even a courtesy message, but they still charged my credit card. I will be canceling and deleting this app.

    HELP! PAID FOR THIS, NOW IT STOPPED & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WTH!. This app worked perfectly at first, which led me to trust enough to renew my subscription of $39.99 plus tax. Immediately after my renewal, the app stopped working. It won’t load or process any request’s. What’s worse is the lack of support. I’ve tried numerous times to email super AI chat to request them to fix it or refund me my money back, what’s the completely ignored me. Which makes me feel like they just took my money and disappeared. Do not waste your money on this because once they get the app fee, you’re on your own after that. Your best bet is to use Google AI.
