   BS. I just want to track how long I fast not what I eat or drink or how I exercise. And then you want me to pay for a subscription? F this.

   Not worth it. I’d give this zero stars if I could. This app doesn’t deliver anymore than apps you can get for free. There’s no trial period and there are A LOT of useless questions when you’re basically just getting a timer for fasting. When I requested a refund after just a few minutes of realizing it isn’t any better than free apps, it was denied. Save your money and look for something free.

   Waste of time. If i wanted myfitnesspal i would have downloaded it. Waste of time answering all those questions just to hit a pay wall. If you’re a timer then be a timer. Simple?

   What’s the point?. This app offers little in the way of anything useful. Basically just a timer for your fasting window and even that’s not accurate. I blew my money on this. Cancelled subscription after less than a week.

   What is this. Asked me a thousand questions before I could use the app. Gave up. Just trying to track my fast, not collaborate on every detail of my health.

   NOT FREE!. Went through tons of questions as they were setting up a personalized plan. After all that, you can’t go any further unless you pay like 3 or 4 bucks a week. Super disappointed. Not cool.

   App is problematic. I selected my sex as female because that’s what I was assigned as at birth but after that i kept seeing pictures of women and it kept mentioning women. I am not a women and I don’t want to see lots of woman. It says made by women for women. Not only that but it doesn’t have a gender option only the sex and it just assumes your gender. This app is problematic and harmful.

    No customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with this application. Unfortunately, I am unable to log food as the app suggests I "may find a place to log food" or it "might be", which is unclear. As a result, I would like a refund so that I can acquire an alternative app that functions as advertised. Previously, I used the Simple app and achieved significant weight loss of 25 pounds, which I found effective. Although fasting is beneficial, Simple changed its format, and I prefer a more subdued interface without animated cartoons appearing every time I log an entry. I can’t find a customer service number. Very frustrating!

    They will ask you a million questions and then you have to pay. You will not see even a preview!. Don’t waste your time with this. The application doesn’t even show a preview or doesn’t allow a trial period. They ask a million of trivial questions, then say the plan is ready and to see it you need to subscribe at $3.99 per week. I wasn’t even able to see how the application look.

    What a joke. This is poor programming at its finest. Math doesn’t math right. Can’t keep track of dates or wether you’re trying to lose weight or gain weight and just lose fat. Unrealistic goals using past days then have the guts to tell you it’s 4 bucks a week. Funny stuff. Waste of time

    Too Expensive. It would be nice if these apps would tell you up front that they are 4.00 a week. Would have saved me some time filling out that long questionnaire at the beginning. 16.00 a month is way too much for a timer. And making me answer all Of those questions and THEN hitting me with the “subscribe now” is stupid.

    Incorrectly titled. I downloaded because the titled says “Tracker & Timer”. It doesn’t say we are going to ask you your complete medical history and daily lifestyle habits and then hit you with a $3.99/ week fee before showing you anything on the app or even getting to the fasting timer part.

    App not working/opening. The app immediately crashes when I try to open it since 6/13/25. I have reported the problem twice via that option on here, since it started, and have not received a response.

    Endless onboarding & OVERPRICED! $20/mth. Spent 15+ mins going through a pointless onboarding that has nothing to do with me or what this app needs all that data. It’s just to tire you so you subscribe at the end, called “fatigued onboarding”, so annoying. Btw their paywall is against Apple’s terms, I’ve reported their bad practices. App is bloated with useless things no one uses. Do they even pay attention to use data or just make endless features no one cares or asks about. Chats, food, diets, etc. it’s a fasting app, not an Oprah health club.
