   Steals credit card information?. I immediately had an additional charge for the Apple App Store for a much larger amount than the premium in app purchase amount and received an alert from my bank about potential fraudulent charges after purchasing beyond the first lessons. The lessons themselves were useful but I have uninstalled the app due to privacy and financial concerns.

   This is deceiving. The stroke get stuck. This is a waist of your money, although is only 2.99. They are taking your money do not purchase this. I followed the dots and it does not recognize the stroke, I spent minutes trying to get out of completing the stroke. I am going to dispute it

   Be careful with this app. Purchased this app, it stoped working after used for only a few times. Wasted money. Be careful with it.

   App freezes any time I get a couple screens in. The app freezes once I start a lesson, sometimes with a blank screen. Looks like it’d be a good app from the screenshots, otherwise.

    Never worked. I wish I could use this app. I love your other apps for Japanese, but this one is buggy and the lessons cannot load. This is on an iPhone 16 Pro Max on IOS 18.1

    App not working properly. I have had this out for quite some time and I have not been able to move past Basic characters lesson 4. The app continues to freeze on a black blank screen unable to do anything. Like most people who have already reported this issue in the comments I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it has still not been working as of this year since I’ve had this app. This is very disappointing considering I want to utilize this app every day to and improve my Korean as a beginner. Multiple people have been having the same problem. I don’t understand why it has not yet been fixed yet. I have already uninstalled the app multiple times and it still does not work. I am left on blank screens unable to move to the next lesson.

    Glitchy. I loved this App when it was working for me, but for some reason it no longer lets me start any of the lessons. I’ve tried removing it and downloading again but I still get the same result: it freezes before I can even start a lesson.

    Broken App. Disappointed that this app has become un-usable like the developer’s Kanji app :( It freezes on the “Writings Tips” pop-up window. I let it sit for 10 minutes hoping it just needed some time to boot up, no such luck.

    Try Something Else. I got this because I want to learn Korean, as I will be moving there soon, and the alphabet is the best place to start. I did purchase the extra lessons to really try it out and was disappointed. The audio was useless, I could not differentiate between some letters via the audio while I knew there were differences because I’ve taken a intro course. The writing was equally as bad. I would NOT recommend this at all if you’re trying to learn. Go with something else.

    Not recommended. The app uses inconsistent romanization and crappy computerized pronunciation audio, making it impossible to actually learn how the Hangul syllables should be romanized or pronounced. It doesn’t explain any of the rules around voiced and unvoiced consonants, aspiration, consonant doubling, or pronunciation changes in final consonants - the hard parts of learning Hangul. Sections 2 and 3, on final consonants and vowel combinations, have their labels swapped. The writing exercises sometimes reject correct input for no discernible reason. The timing of the spaced repetition system is not explained anywhere, so you just have to guess when new reviews are coming up. If a character is incorrectly recognized as correct, there is no way to mark it wrong. The exercises include pretending to input Hangul on a keyboard, but the app highlights the correct keyboard buttons, so you don’t have to actually internalize how a Hangul keyboard is laid out. Most of the multiple choice questions do not require you to decipher the entire Hangul syllable - they can be answered if you know only the initial consonant of the syllable. In conclusion: useless!

    Seriously?. Would be fine if you said you have to pay before I downloaded the app. Just because something says in app purchases doesn’t mean you have to buy something to use it. There are many apps that say that and have premium options but you don’t have to pay to use the app. You 100% have to pay to use your app. Not the same thing. Why not just make it so you have to pay to even download. Don’t be an idiot.

    I don’t like it. Um who pays 2.99 to unlock levels? It’s better apps that’s free and does a lot better. I liked the first two levels but im not paying that when I can just download a better app.

    Would have been amazing, but…. This was great, I did one level and loved everything about it. But when I tried to move on to the next level, they were all locked! Apparently you can get one 5 minute lesson that teaches you three letters for free, and after that you have to pay for everything. I’m so disappointed :( I was really excited about this. Save yourself the trouble and find a different app.
