   Doesn’t pick up words. Spanish is my first language and I want my kids to practice their Spanish. My 6 and 3 year old both seem to like it, but they get frustrated because even though they’ll say the word correctly the app won’t pick it up and it’ll tell them it’s wrong. I’ll even say the word and again Spanish is my first language and it’ll still say it’s wrong. But then we’ll say something totally random and it’ll think we said the word and moves on so when you click on the picture it’s says a random word instead of the correct Spanish word. This makes it super frustrating for my kids. For it being a paid app I expected better.

   Not worth it. Poorly set up to address language learning. Just threw Spanish vocab with computer pictures. Save your money and pick a different way to learn Spanish.

   Dark Pattern. There’s a term in app user experience called a “dark pattern”. This is when an experience benefits the company more than the user. When I see a paywall (subscription agreement) before even being allowed to see or test the app it scares me away and I view it as a dark pattern. I don’t agree with this practice in apps.

   Sound files missing. Definitely would be good if they actually played their own game. Each level requires you hear the word in Spanish, for example “azul”. Then you click the matching color. If you get it correct you can move on, trouble is the sound file is missing when it speaks, so you guess and get it wrong it starts you at the beginning. Not great for a 6 year olds ability to stay focused when it doesn’t work. Come on guys, get this fixed, then I’ll pay for the app after the trial. It’s really good otherwise.

    Horrible. very very horrible. 😡. This app is Bad for teaching kids. The app gets 0 stars. You all might think this is funny, and I’m joking, NO. 😤 My friends use this app, and when they try to learn, all they hear is CASINTO, or BEAPTHA. They are not even CLOSE to Spanish and they have been learning for 2 years. This is not exeptible. Instead of this app, there is this game that’s called, DuoLingo. You can learn ANY language, and also, you get to MAKE your profile picture! DuoLingo is a way better app, and will really help kids learn Spanish!!! So, NEVER get this game or, advisor, GIVE IT SOME MORE HEARABLE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF A DUMB CAT?! So, everyone, get DuoLingo NOW! It’s way better than this game. So, have fun with fun DuoLingo!

    DO NOT PAY NOW. We paid for the subscription and my 5 year old loved this app. Then they updated things and now we can’t even get into the app even though we paid for the year? I continue to go back and forth with their supposed support. I continue to get responses that it works now. Several weeks later, many emails back and forth and it still doesn’t. This isn’t just someone unable to use technology, my husband who is a software engineer for a living cannot get it to work. Used to be, completely unusable now.

    Only One Level?. My youngest child loves the app except it seems there is only one level for all kids up to age ten? If this is not the case, I am not sure how to increase the difficulty level. Please help. Now that my youngest child has mastered all games for the eight-year-old level, I adjusted the age to ten for my older child and hit save, and all of the games are exactly the same. She has been waiting patiently for a more difficult set of games and for her little sister to master the lower levels It’s taken over an hour and several Google searches, and still I don’t know if it is even possible? My older daughter was excited to be able to start at her own more difficult level this weekend. I would not have bought this app if I would have known all the games are the same for all ages.

    Scary one. My child is a keen seer in the evil spirit realm and she is only 2! If you do not correct taking out games to scare children, I prophesy you will never succeed! I no longer want your service bc my daughter comes out scared and un done of crying with your scary one! Everything was fine sad you have to add the devil in your games! But God will see fit to you you will have accountability of your actions!

    Purchase v subscription. I purchased this app and now I’m informed I have to pay a monthly fee. Although my grandchildren like the app I’m not about to “subscribe” to something I paid full price for a while ago. Is this the future of all the apps we purchased?

    Can’t sign in from other devices. I have purchased this subscription on my phone but I can’t sign in from another device using my same credentials. It is so FRUSTRATING. 1 star for this ongoing issue.
