   Ads. Wrote a review a while ago but had to come back because it’s still such an issue. I’ve been using this app for over five years and these ads are ridiculous. Going from an app that simply worked as an alarm clock to one that is constantly trying to market a product to you takes away from its purpose entirely. Not to mention, these ads are maliciously placed, specifically in small, easy to click places that you will not see when tired and waking up in the morning. It feels like trying to get rid of a popup ad on a game that will not go away no matter how hard you try. It might not seem like a big deal to new downloaders, but this addition has made my experience significantly worse, especially as I used to use the version without ads. I do not understand why an app would want to prey on its own users like this. I am disappointed.

   Data Heavy and High Network Traffic. Good alarm clock. Very data heavy. Was constantly sending requests that were getting blocked by my firewall. Don’t know what ads it is trying to run or what data it is trying to upload. I don’t trust it and would not recommend it.

   Реклами тьма!!!!. Дуууже великий перебор з рекламою. Користувалася рік, а в один ранок, я не змогла вимкнути будильник біля 20 хвилин, бо кожні 3 натискання на екран в цьому додатку висвічується реклама про кредити. Я розумію, що ви хочете, щоб я гроші відвалила за преміум, але це наглість вже. Мене так не дурили навіть в якійсь ноунейм-грі. Жах, неможливо користуватися!!

   Music doesn’t work. The Apple Music feature doesn’t play music for me. It’s only like 2 songs and the rest don’t play. Why?

    Virus filled. I used to love this app. It worked really well in waking me up, but it’s not worth how many pop-ups spring up when you’re trying to turn the alarms off. The pop ups are very easy to click if you’re tired and the most recent one had a bad virus I’m still trying to get rid of. Good concept, greedy execution.

    App no longer works. Monday night my app suddenly stopped working, everytime I try opening the app it will display the app logo for a couple seconds then crash. I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, updating my phone and checking for a app update and nothing has fixed it.

    Malicious design led me to accidentally buy a subscription.. This morning while I was missing my glasses, I was trying to turn my alarm off. In the process of doing this your app proceeds to flash a subscription offer WHILE ringing. I can’t see so I accidentally end up buying it while half asleep. I’m quite frankly extremely disappointed by that and will be getting a refund.

    Great til it stopped working. The app no longer opens past the intro screen. I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I sent an email to support and got a response that support is much faster within the app, email typically takes on avg 5 days to respond. Silliest thing I’ve ever read. Grow up. Check emails.

    Worked for a week…. It worked for about a week or two. But now the app won’t even open. I’ve tried reinstalling it and everything. Complete garbage.

    Predatory Practices. DO NOT Subscribe for this app. They will slap you with the most expensive yearly subscription they have $69.99. Good luck finding out how to get a refund. I still haven’t found a way.

    Update made app stop working. I don’t know what this last update was supposed to do, but the app has completely stopped working. I have deleted it and restarted my phone. It will not work properly now.

    Better on Android. I'm not sure why, but this app does not perform the exact same way as it does on Android. Primarily in system notifications. My alarm starts going off and nothing shows on screen or pops up for me to go immediately to the app to turn it off. This happens frequently and is not because the app closed. This is very frustrating as it wakes my wife and I never had this issue when I was using it on Android.

    VERYYYY ANNOYING. Alarmy will always wake me up and I can’t hate on that but recently the app has decided to make random alarms that non-stop go off definitely annoying!

    Image privacy policy?. I think the alarm is great and super helpful for waking up. However, my major concern with this app, and why I ultimately will be deleting it, is the household object search (which I find to be the most effective way to wake up). Alarmy provides NO details I’ve been able to find on the data storage and privacy of these images. Alarmy is getting a daily stream of images from inside my home, and has no details on where the image is being evaluated (on my phone vs in the cloud), whether the image is saved or not, and whether advertisers might one day be given information from these images. I would love to continue supporting Alarmy but it’s very troubling that these concerns aren’t proactively addressed by the company. I don’t find the other “missions” effective so unfortunately switching to those with more limited permissions is not an option.
