   Temperature control. I have had the sleep number bed for two and a half years, have had problems from the beginning, they tried talking me through fixing it over the phone which was impossible because I had to lift the mattress up to do what they wanted and I’m over 70 years of age. They sent repair people twice. Parts had to be replaced, it has been six months since my foot warmers have worked, I haven’t called for a number of reasons but mostly because I can’t have them walk me through fixing it again. Sleep number is great when it works. My feet which get very cold love the foot warmers when they work but too many repairs and too hard to get it fixed.

   Expensive loud rubbish. 2nd Sleep number bed. 1st was old but still working. Decided to upgrade, and an expensive mistake that was - to tune of well over $8000. Remote constantly loses connection, and the app is obviously written by smarta$$ teenagers & AI. Constantly logs me out, then says wrong password, makes me reset PW again (meaning my phones & my wife's). App is totally IDIOTIC, typical of modern AI generated garbageware. The bed is the most uncomfortable I've ever had, would rather sleep on the floor. Worst backaches of my life, regardless of sleep settings. The bed accessories are equally bad - blankets, sheets, pillows. You can buy same or better quality virtually anywhere for MUCH less $. Old bed had pump separate (detached), could place it on a piece of carpet & it was quiet. New design mounts the pump & controller to bed frame, & it's constantly making noise that reverberates through the bed & room. App is worthless and remote control is so unreliable it makes the bed one noisy expensive pile of rubbish. Cannot wait for this POS to die so it can go to the dumpster. Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from Sleep Number again.

   Sleep Number is Way Off. I am frustrated with the i10 bed. The sleep number is way off for some reason & it deflates all the time without adding air. And it happens at weird times. Very inconsistent. I am a 25 year customer and this is my last sleep number purchase. CS said there is no guarantee on this bed and I have only had it 4 years. My last bad had zero issues and it was 15 years old!

   Stopped working. Seems like every time we have an update we lose access to the bed. Tired of unplugging and plugging it back in; too old to get down on the floor!

   Fix your wifi. Love the bed, but for the love of god fix the wifi issues. If I have a 5ghz enabled on my router, that should not cause connection issues. This is the most simple of networking. Please fix this.

    Paid too much money for it to no longer work. I paid my bed off early. Now my bed no longer works. It’s been offline for months’ now and I can’t seem to get any help online.

    Timing. I absolutely hate that sleep number calculates timing based on history and then changes it without warning so you don’t know until the next morning that you missed it. I want to set the timing myself and let the chips fall where they may.

    Tracking sleep rarely correct. We like the comfort of our Sleep Number bed, but te tracking ability is not dependable. It says I went to sleep when at 1 am when I was in bed and fast asleep by 11 (husband verified). Sometimes it says I slept 14+ hours starting at 2 pm - I’m never in bed before 10 pm). Similar readout for my husband too. We appreciate the beds comfort - but not the technology!😩

    Inaccurate. The app makes incorrect assessments about my sleep almost every day, cutting off hours of sleep from my score. 90% of the time, the data that is displays is garbage.

    Does Sleep # Look At Reviews?. I stunned with the high ratings that is represented here for this app. We have to constantly re-install it because it indicates that it needs to reset 80% of the time. This is not my first time reviewing it. Let’s see if there is any response.

    App is ok. Bed base is garbage. Long story short, we’ve had it for years. The base had been a problem since the first year. So many calls to troubleshoot the bed. So many hard resets. Replaced the motor. So many nights it refused to work at all & suggested calling sleep number for assistance (they’re closed at night, btw.. ya know, when you might need to use your bed). Even if you do call, they refer you to Leggett & Platt because that’s who makes the trash base. Have I woken up as I’m being folded into a taco instead of being eased into a flat position? Yes. Can my husband and I both use our bases at the same time? No. The app is always confused about what position the bed’s in. Love the mattress but so over the base. I tell all my friends and family to not waste their money. And they’re so expensive! What a disappointment

    Not dependable. Since the day we’ve owned this bed it rarely works. They hide behind technicalities and never warranty anything. I would NOT recommend this bed or company to anyone. Stay away!

    Smart = dumb. For the thousands and thousands of dollars I spent on this bed, I didn’t think I would dislike it. But one day we had to change the WiFi password and ever since (2 years ago), it’s been disconnected and has lost its “smart” features. I’ll wake up some mornings and the air pressure is low or even gone and my back hurts for the day. I’ve tried everything to get this stupid thing to reconnect to the WiFi but no success. And yes, I’ve tried ever every Sleep Number recommendation. I feel fooled by sleep number into a sale. I’m growing to hate this bed.

    DOESN’T WORK. We have had the bed for several years. It always disconnects from the app. We have to unplug the bed for it to work again. Technical support is of absolutely no use. For what you paid for the bed they should send tech support out to correct any issues you have. At this point I would not recommend and of their products.

    My sleep number bed is not recording my sleep correctly. It’s like it’s going crazy. I have a normal night of sleep going to bed at my a little bit later than normal time and sleeping for about eight hours and it still says that I got a 10! Maybe something needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset. a solution?

    Terrible product!!. The adjustable bed doesn’t work a lot of the time and the biometrics are ridiculously inaccurate. For instance… it will record that it took me almost 2 hours to fall asleep when my wife said I was asleep in five minutes. I can lay in bed and read for an hour and it will record that hour as “ restless sleep”. DON’T BUY IT!!!

    Trash of a product.. I would never recommend a Sleep Number bed to anyone. I purchased this bed seven years ago, and for the past four years it has been one problem after another. The air chambers constantly lose air, and the issue has progressively gotten worse. What started with one side losing air eventually turned into both sides having the same problem. I followed all of the recommended troubleshooting steps multiple times. Sometimes the fixes would work for a few days, but the problem would always return. Now, the bed loses so much air that I have to wake up 3–4 times every night just to add more air. Instead of improving my sleep, this bed has completely ruined it. What I find most frustrating is the so-called 25-year warranty. Every time I contact customer service, I'm told the problem isn't the mattress—it's the pump or another component that apparently isn't covered the same way. If the bed cannot maintain air pressure, what exactly is covered under the warranty? Because of the constant issues, I don't even use many of the adjustable features that were one of the main reasons I purchased the bed in the first place. At this point, it's become an expensive source of frustration rather than a premium sleep product. For a bed at this price point, I expected reliability and quality. Instead, I've spent years dealing with recurring failures, poor sleep, and disappointing warranty support. Save your money and look elsewhere.

    Poor quality product. This thing never tells us the right sleep schedule. We had the night before. It cuts out some nights. It cuts it in half can’t keep the mattresses together. That magnetic thing doesn’t work probably one of the worst purchases we ever made.
