   Man this company is going down hill. I’ve been trying to find a way of report a bug but there nothing for it. I can view my investment through the app anymore this bug has been around for more than month. The website is scroll page issues and helps pop display issues. Idk but I’m taking my money out and moving somewhere else.

   bad UI, includes important info. it's so bad that i'm closing this brokerage: doesn't show pending transfer when you create a pie, metrics don't update can't update pie slices after creation can't keep ratios when equalizing

   It sucks. I’ve tried to close my account multiple times. They just don’t listen. They keep taking my money and moving it to pay their fees. They keep saying they’re closing my account yet it remains open. Their customer service is a joke and the whole thing is a scam.

   Re-downloaded just to not be able to save a new pie/portfolio on mobile. I spent so long creating a new pie and the save button on iOS is non functional. I remade it 4 times in a row and lost the progress each time because I can’t save it on mobile.

   Modern portfolio management concept but poor execution. Love the concept of pie. It makes portfolio management really easy. Cons and why only one star: today when markets are moving more than 2-3% intraday, restricting to only 2 buy windows during the day is not acceptable. The thought that this is long term holding and it shouldn’t matter, is completely wrong. Most times market show reversal during their trade windows costing few percent points. If robinhood can sell the orderflow and allow trading throughout the day, so can m1. Abolish trading windows and Allow trading anytime during market hours. (2) restricting the portfolio to 100 number of holdings. I understand not allowing positions of sub $1 but restrictions should be $ level and not positions. If one have $100 in 500 positions, it can replace holding etf as well as some tax writeoffs etc.

   Terrible. I can’t even find my investments on M1. Not user friendly and the chat doesn’t help. My Robinhood account is so easy.

   No customer support. I'm trying to access my money and haven't been assisted in days they just keep asking me to show more proof. I haven't presented all evidence that I can and still get nothing back.

    Greedy app with tons of fees. I’ve been using M1 since I could start investing in 2018, they were originally free and a great option for automated investing. Now that I’m having some financial troubles and needing to pull funds out, not only do they charge you $3/month but they are now charging $100 to liquidate your account… that’s so absurd. Will be moving funds to another platform asap.

    They will get their $3 fee when you try to close your account. I do not recommend this app as it is not worth it to pay the mandatory $3 dollar platform fee. I avoided it for the most part but then when closing my account it was very hard to time the transfer of money out and so at the end of one month while still waiting for the account to close, I got charged the fee!! I reached out to them and was like hey I’m in the process of closing my account. Why are you charging me three dollars and they were like oh we thought you just wanted to close your main accounts but your other accounts are still open so that is a valid reason for charging the three dollars. Give me a break. They make the account closure process deliberately, confusing and unforgiving so they can get three dollars. You’re loyalty and customer experience with them is worth less than to them than three dollars.

    Can’t even save portfolio. I was excited to get started investing with M1, but can’t even finish up my portfolio because the “SAVE” button doesn’t work. What a joke.

    Having to pay $3 month. Well i had the account for quite some time. I found out that , since 3 months back i was getting charged 3$ a month, so far I never recall getting informed or read anything about it. So im liquidating my positions. And move the money to other account, where im not getting charged for using my own money.

    I put my email in wrong. So I typed my email wrong and the app accepted it why? And now to change it I have to talk to customer support 🤦‍♂️

    $3 a month “fee” for nothing. They hide it as well so you don’t realize. Stealing money from you. Also, I’ve tried to Delete and close my account. And they are still charging fees while they “process my account shutdown”. They should be in jail for fraud

    Can’t get my own money!. I put in for a withdrawal on the 10th of this month. This is now the 20th. I still don’t have my money! I’m not sure who to contact with everything being online. I don’t see anything to help me. I keep going around and round and the app and. Getting very frustrated as I need need to have this withdraw in my bank account now.

    Worst Investment App. Tried to cancel this multiple times got no help from them. They’re so restricted on what you can invest in nothing creative. Customer service is nonexistent.

    Unlimited number of secret fees they don’t tell you about. Want to open an account? There’s a monthly fee they don’t tell you about. Want to close your account? All kinds of fees they don’t tell you about. And the app is visual garbage.

    Closing the account. It took a few weeks to a month to close the account. Customer service gave pushback on asking for another email confirmation for account closure in writing. I will Never open an account with them again. It should NOT be a headache to close an account. I wouldn’t recommend them ever. Too many hoops to jump through to close an account.
