   The “Sell All’ feature does not work properly.. When trying to sell all of a position, using the app on an iPhone, the sell all feature title or designation, disappears behind another window and it cannot be brought back in order to sell all of your position! This needs to be fixed!

   Refuses to let me delete my account. Been trying for days to delete my account, I actively log in using my email account but when I try to delete my account under customer support they repeatedly tell me that email isn’t the email connected to my account/username. Frustrating and incredibly suspicious activity, demanding assistance with account deletion immediately!

   Feels misleading. Was promised a $10 credit upon signing up and linking a bank account, but after doing so there is no mention of it and no support response. Pretty disappointed.

   The app has stopped working. I haven’t had any issues until recently. The app does not work at all. When you click login either the screen goes nowhere or it directs you to a blank white page

   Error. I can’t link my bank account to the app, I switch to US Bank and now I can’t link it, not even the last Bank that I had before it says error everytime I tried, I have big money invest and now is not accessible, I already send two emails with no response. Please help.

   Irritating. I have no recollection of opening an account and I’ve been reassured multiple times that said account will be closed. Why do I keep receiving statements then? To an account that I have ZERO access to. No customer service to call for them to potentially verify me and they want me to submit my SSN and ID via Docusign? Absolutely not! Call me and do something else. Edit after receiving response: You want me to send an email with all my information, that should be on my account, yet I’m saying I have no recollection of opening an account. See how your request sounds dumb?? I’ve emailed you all plenty and have been reassured multiple times this account I have ZERO access to is closed. Fingers crossed it actually is.

   Can't login. Keep getting emails that i have money in my account. Have a new phone number and cannot login reached out to support multiple times but no i e responds.

   Don’t tie your money up.. I haven’t had access to my Plynk account for over a year meanwhile the Bitcoin in my account and stocks have grown substantially. I started talking to customer service 9 months ago and when they do respond (once a month), they can’t help. Don’t get your money stuck in this trap. There’s dozens of much better apps for investing

    Zero stars if I could. This app is utter garbage. Plynk is utter garbage cant withdraw to any account. Chime, capitol one all errors when my information all matches and is legitimate there's always a banking issue that will not let me withdraw. Support responds when they want and I will be closing my account as soon as I can get the funds out of it. They need to upgrade to plaid or something whatever system they use is outdated and it makes me think it is all a scam with the lack of knowledge on how to fix these errors. Oh your bank rejected we need a copy of your account statement. I send said statement and their response is oh because it was rejected before we can't link it…..huh? Try my capitol one account and my “account information does not match so it can't be linked. Same name phone number and address on both accounts, then they link it manually and when I try to withdraw there's a bank error please Contact support. I do and they don't respond. Stay away from them there are far better investing apps that will give you no issues oh and to top it off the only support channel is email! LOL so if you want support you needn't email them back and forth like its the year 2000 complete utter useless garbage.

    Pure Scam: Can’t Withdraw $$. They will make you think you’re accumulating money doing different tasks, but when it comes to withdrawing your money disappears. And no way to reach support. Total scam.

    Plynk is for US Citizens only. Plynk is only for US Citizen. I was shocked when after reading about it for more than an hour I decided to download the app and as soon as I was signing up it ask me Are you US Citizen. I click on No and It threw me outside saying Plynk is currently only for US Citizens. I would like to request the Plynk that please mention this thing in the introduction or under the app name before anyo spend this much time because it took my 1 and half hour before I could reach to that step even after filling up the personal info. Very annoying. Also why the residents can’t open this account Just curious. Thanks and regards

    Frustrating. The app is the most frustrating investment app I’ve ever seen. Especially when it’s time to move your money either from your investment or deposits. It takes forever, it says your money in available to invest but it’s never available to withdraw even after 4 business days. No live chat no mail no phone number to contact any customer service… what a waste of time

    I can’t withdraw my money. They keep telling my account is pending review and my money is now stuck in Plynk. There is no number to call. When I contact them through the app, I just get canned answers but no one is resolving anything. I have thousands of dollars in the account and I can’t withdraw it.

    Plynk Plays Bait & Switch Promotions. I get that businesses run promotions for different tiers of customers. I read the Terms of Service & Promotions FAQ throughly. I knew they stopped the $50 promotion but their website and app are highlighting the “Double Up” matching deposit promotion up to $75 until Oct. 19th, 2023. In truth they’re only giving $10 regardless of if you meet the terms of the “Double Up” promotion because their running many promotions and can bait you with one and switch to the lesser bonus because of the multitude of promotions.

    Bugs from beginning do not provide trust with your personal information and finances. During sign up entry form does not allow you to capitalize letters After providing all my personal details on sign up when I hit submit the process crashed and says contact support and it goes back to the main screen?! When you operate a business that deals with confidential financial and identity information the last thing you want is errors like this that break all trust. You would think in 4 years they would have a working sign up.

    RUN. If you happen to be sucked into depositing any Money on this app it’s gone as soon as it leaves your bank account. It is impossible to withdraw it back it seems. I tried straight up withdrawing, I tried to buy a stock and then sell it, nothing. It’s thievery and everyone should run from this site. Oh! Not to mention that new member sign up and the $50 they “give you” when you deposit $25 does not exist! Stay way.

    Impossible to do anything in a timely manner. I would not use this app there are way better platforms that are not so slow. Takes forever to do anything. No it’s not my phone signal or anything it is the app.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is a huge scam. They won’t deliver on any incentives they advertise or allow you withdraw funds to your bank. I tried logging in today and after every way possible to login; the only response I’d get was a pop up error message. 👎🏼
