   Difficult to use/Impractical. Variable screens. Inconsistent performance. Inability to use the back button to go back to the previous step. Generating material is not in a consistent location on the app.

   Update Ruined the app. This last update is preventing me from using my arrow keys to move ANYTHING around, and whenever I got to adjust a text opject with multiple sizes, it readjusts ALLLLLLLL of the text to the SAME SIZE. This app is now ruined and I will be canceling my subscription if this isn't repaired in the next few days. Weeks later, and now the app isn't even recognizing that i have a keyboard, making the app ENTIRELY USELESS!!!!!!

   Saved downloads don’t match what was created in Canva. Once downloaded, my projects do not match what I had created in Canva. Words are misaligned, animation is off, headings cover other headings. I switch from phone to tablet to computer to see if that helps (and this was canva’s advice) and the same problems keep happening.

   Business cards. I made business cards with a QR code and it worked after i got it the mail for 2 weeks then all of a sudden when clients and nee customers would scan the card it would just pull up canva home page

   Connecting to YouTube channel is impossible. Said that, only way to connect YouTube channel for copyright licensing is to share directly from canva. But during share, no option is being shown. Totally blank from all device, after refreshing or restarting orbre installing.

    Lack of customer support is infuriating. I’ve been getting charged for a pro account for the past year and I don’t have access to a pro account. I signed up for it with an old account and no longer have access to it or even remember what email I signed up with. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and going through their app for help. But they use an AI platform that is unable to help with specific requests. I find this frustrating because I’ve been getting charged 15 dollars a month for an account I don’t have access to, with no way of cancelling the membership.

    juist got premium today. nothing works. app is glitching and not loading right today. i just upgraded my account and now its taking the page forever to load assuuming it loads at all. its not loading. i havent been able to get any work done.

    Not for Mac. This app is awful, it rarely works on my Mac. Even after restarting, trying different browsers, clearing all the cache, incognito mode, and every other suggestion I found. I had to get my work computer (HP) out and complete my project. Very frustrating.

    💀 0/5 stars (and a strongly worded letter to the Geneva Convention). Let me set the scene. I’m an *expert*. I’ve bent Photoshop to my will. I’ve coded UIs in my sleep. I once made a PowerPoint presentation that didn't crash. And yet, Canva this cheerful, pastel-colored insult to human intelligence has reduced me to a sobbing pile of incompetence. The free version is basically a psychological experiment. Want to remove a background? *Subscribe.* Want to export without a watermark the size of a small car? *Subscribe.* Want to use a font that doesn't look like it was designed for a toddler's birthday party? *Subscribe, you peasant.* It’s not a design tool it’s a ransom note. "Nice design you've got there. Shame if something… *premium-only* happened to it." But fine. I cave. I pay. I subscribe. I unlock the golden gates of Canva Pro. And what do I find? **More chaos, now with glitter.** Because apparently, "common sense" was part of the free tier they removed. Even as a paying customer, the app still behaves like a caffeinated squirrel with a keyboard. I try to resize an image? Suddenly my text is inside the moon, and the background has left for a pack of smokes. I click "undo"? My design time-travels to 2003 and applies neon green drop shadows. The alignment guides snap to *vibes*, not to anything rational. The paid features? Let's talk about them. AI background remover works… when it feels like it. Sometimes it removes the background. Sometimes it removes the subject's head. Sometimes it just removes your will to live. And the "magic resize" feature? Oh, it resizes alright into a cursed 4:3 aspect ratio that crops out your logo and doubles the font size on your legal disclaimer. *Magic.* Don't even get me started on performance. The app lags harder on a flagship phone than my brain trying to understand why a *rotate handle* needs to buffer for ten seconds. Premium subscription, premium lag. You love to see it. So here's the truth, served with a heavy dose of sarcasm and a garnish of despair: **Canva is equally useless whether you pay or not.** The free version taunts you. The paid version betrays you. Both assume you have the patience of a saint and the common sense of a goldfish. As an expert, you'll feel like you're piloting a spaceship made of wet cardboard. As a beginner, you'll cry. As a paying customer, you'll cry *faster*. Highly recommended… if you're into self-flagellation and bad design decisions. Otherwise, just use MS Paint. At least it won't ask you for $12.99 a month to crop a circle.
