   Unable to cancel subscription recurring charges. I got the app canceled within the first week which was May 12. Noticed in June I got a charge for renewal called the credit card company to dispute because was unable to contact anyone at the app. The phone number on the app goes to a travel agency credit card company was able to dispute the charges. Now again in July, I’m getting reoccurring charges. Whatever you do do not get this app unless you wanna be charged every month despite canceling.

   Misleading Ads!!. I came across one of their ads on one of my socials. The advertisement clearly shows Korean beauty products being used, and it was like a subscription type of service. Come to find out when I signed up is just an AI app that helps you pick products from Amazon. No wonder I only paid $28 for a year subscription.. Be careful on ads that are capitalizing on Korean beauty or whatever the latest TikTok trend is.

   Totally scam. This definitely does not work one day it will tell you the product is 94% compatible with your skin and the next day without you doing anything it will say 60%, by then you are already stuck with products that will make your skin irritated.

   Cancel. I tried this app to find a right product for my skincare. But products that I bought through this app gave me bad reaction . So didn’t want to use this anymore but couldn’t cancel on my subscription. And didn’t use this app ,it charged me I asked “cancellation + refund” but they want me use this app for month because of no refund. Unhappy result unhappy solve.

   AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. This app is absolutely horrible. I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription following their exact instructions, and it never worked. The charges kept appearing on my credit card month after month with no way to stop them. Customer support was completely useless and provided no real solution. The only way I was finally able to stop the charges was by cancelling my credit card entirely and getting a new one issued. That is completely unacceptable. Avoid this app at all costs. A service that makes it this difficult to cancel and continues charging customers despite repeated cancellation attempts is not trustworthy.

   DO NOT USE - ABSOLUTE SCAM. This app paints them self as a skincare line online like instagram. They are not a skin care line. This apps sole purpose is to steal your data, use your facial recognition for their own purposes of creating a skincare line possibly. Do not use this app.

    Does Not Give You Skincare Subscription, Only Recommendations. I purchased this app because upon subscribing, it felt like I was signing up for a skincare subscription. This app does not do that, you’re only paying for their recommendations. This is very misleading. I’d like a refund.

    Very misleading. If your thinking your getting matched for a skin care line you are being mislead, your literally paying for them to then tell you what else to buy. The way this was presented to me was not in any way professional or ok.

    Not worth 50 dollars. I thought the scanner was included in the subscription it isn’t it’s an extra 29.99. Also all products are sold separately so you are just paying to take a test for 19.99 and if you want it personalized it’s 29.99. You can go to Sephora or Ulta and get this service for free and spend your money else where. 0 out of 5 star.

    Loss of skincare routine. I was impressed with the app but I had to unfortunately cancel my subscription after a month. Upon cancellation, I can’t access the skin care routine I paid for. I don’t understand why that should be.

    I feel robbed. I was under the impression that I was buying products when I accidentally purchased this subscription. What’s even worse is that it’s just bad AI recommendations. I could’ve got that from chat gpt or any other FREE ai platform. They know exactly what they’re doing too because you’re tricked into paying for the subscription before you even download the app. It’s a huge scam. RUN!

    SCAM!. Whatever you do, do not download or click any links that you see on any social media about the Lovi-AI skin care scanner. THIS IS A SCAM and they will charge you an insane amount of money and is difficult to cancel through the app, contact their support or request through the site!

    Primarily affiliate sales. The main thing this does is try to sell you external products. It won’t help you track how well products you already have work. It’s not intuitive to use. There’s no way to compare progress from the scans. It’s expensive and for what it does most of it is about them making money on the back end from suggestions. I don’t understand the positive feedback

    The WORST app that will mess up your phone. Not only does this app make recommendations on products that are no longer available or sold in the links they provide, the app will mess up your phone! I had to uninstall my Google Chrome bc it kept glitching and the only tabs that would open would be to download their stupid app. Multiple tabs opening all at once, my phone went nuts. Such a horrendous app, will never ever use it again! N

    Disappointed. I saw the ad on Facebook for this app. It led me to think that I could get guidance on how to layer my products correctly. I really wanted to be able to put in my current routine and get custom support with that and then maybe some recommendations to make it better. Instead it will only tell me all new products to purchase. I’m not doing that! Wish this app could meet me where I am. I don’t see the value for spending on this monthly. Glad I’m only out $30.

    Cancel subscription. It’s the worse. It’s very difficult to cancel your subscription. In my experience, the company charges me twice per month. I have tried to contact them, emailed them and every month they keep deducting my account twice every month. Please don’t get this.

Thia company is a scam , I saw the commercial on Instagram n though would looks like a great product .. they mentioned $1.99 subscription so I agreed not after subscribing 19.99 and 29.99 came out of my account right away and for what exactly a subscription to a company that will send me other company brands of skin care I should purchase .. i unsubscribe right away and would like my money back .. sent out a few emails no response
