   Weaksauce. Their website and app for finding the nearest drop off has been broken for years. If you don’t have a specific address and are using the map view to find a drop off, you have to finagle the map at the right zoom level and position to find a place. So dumb. How’d you manage to break that and leave it broken? Like, this is the kind of stuff that’ll hurt your business, and you just went on without fixing it. Did you fire all of your devs? They also broke the Apple Pay button recently. RIP.

   Customer service?. When there is an issue it is difficult to navigate customer service. You submit a ticket and it goes off into the void with no phone number or email to contact. I know I’m old - but when I need a refund it’s good to have a direct contact.

   Unreliable service. The past 3 times I have use this service, my food either never arrived, only part of my order arrived or my order was just cancelled. It’s disappointing and bad business.

   Overpriced menus. Vendors charge 30 to 50 percent more. Jimmy John’s delivery is a better option than most…. My guess is that Foodsby must be charging them a mint to be on their platform.

   Multiple problems with this service.. I keep trying to give Foodsby a chance, and they will do ok for a while, and then it’s back to the same with missing items that have been charged for. At least this time my food showed up.

   Great if they actually deliver. Ordered from App for about 2-3 months. Got the wrong order on occasion. Wrong condiments. No napkins or plastic forks or knives was common. On 7/6 did not deliver at all. Customer Service replies in prepared responses with no emotion or care. Have an alternative plan if the food never arrived.

    One of the most frustrating services. Downloaded the app and was excited to try out delivery but there’s no way to disable the daily stream of emails! Notification preferences in the app do not save, and reset to ‘Subscribed to All’ when re-opened. There is also no way to change notification preferences from the browser page either. Poor software design in that respect.

    Chop stop. I’m not a picky eater. But this salad looks like yesterday’s leftovers, it was very soggy. I gave it a try because I’m super hungry and also there was not much chicken when I ordered extra too, Yeah I took a couple of bites and I’m over it. Sad afternoon for me. I gave one star because it’s awesome that they deliver where I work for a reasonable cost.

    Food delay Day 1. My lunch has been delayed twice now the first time I’m using this service. As a pregnant lady who needs to eat at certain times, delayed lunches are not a good thing! Try harder!

    Sigh.. Do you like lukewarm food? Sure it’s cheaper than ubereats but it’s 100% guaranteed to be colder than it should be if it’s a hot lunch and warmer than it should be if it’s a cold lunch. I took a 2 year break from using this app but caved today. Regret. Soggy and lukewarm meatball sub. Soggy and lukewarm curly fries. It never fails.

    Inconsistent Delivery Time. The delivery times are too inconsistent. 20 minutes early. 20 minutes late. Tough for the office setting when you may have a meeting end at 12 with the delivery time of 12:10. I’ve had food sit for 15-20 minutes because they delivered it way earlier than estimated.

    Didn’t deliver my order. I ordered lunch and they said it was delivered but it never arrived. Now I’m hangry and getting a sad, vending machine lunch.

    Super Late Cold Food. Out of desperation, I’ve tried Foodsby at my office 4 or 5 times. It has never been on time and it’s often cold or stale. It is a terrible dining experience for the cost and you’d be better off with another food delivery app.

    Just get Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Grub Hub. Not worth it. I ordered Chick Fil A for lunch. They have NO options for sweet tea or lemonades for drinks? And NO WAFFLE FRIES?????? Like WHAT? How ridiculous? Oh and they forgot my CHICK FIL A SAUCE FROM CHICK FIL A. I have receipt orders requesting it. I’m just ordering from Door Dash. At least they have fries.

    Coupons. I would definitely enjoy the app more if you guys would send out the same coupons to each additional customer. Especially the ones who use the app very frequently. There are quite a few that I k ow rarely use the app but get offers such as $3 off. And I’ve never seen the same as others.
