   Only 4 training days for free. There is no longer any training days in the app past week 2 day 1. Support will not reply to my inquiry.

   Paid for 10K Pro. Paid for 10K Pro when it wasn’t a subscription model. Haven’t used it for a while, now I’m back to it and used it once. It keeps crashing which I can only assume is to force me to use the subscription model. I’ve moved to another app that has a lifetime subscription.

   Used to be good. What happened?. Bought the app a while back. Suddenly it started crashing. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and now it won’t let me use what I ALREADY PAID FOR and could use before without a subscription.

   No longer free!. I've used this and c25k on and off for years and realize it's no longer free past week 2 day 1! Didn't even realize it after I already started again.

   No Longer Free. Came back to this app after a while away, suddenly it’s a subscription model and no longer free. The developer will respond below stating something like “this is what’s best for our users.” It’s not. Do yourself a favor and don’t even start this app, just uninstall right away!

   Thought it was a free app. I used the app believing it was a free app—it cut me off after two weeks and requires a paid subscription now.

   Can’t give 0 stars. I paid $30 for the ‘pro’ bundle and it has disappeared. When I try to restore purchases, it says there isn’t any. Quite frustrating that Zen Labs ultimately stole my money and isn’t giving me full access.

    Subscription doesn’t sync. Subscription from c25k doesn’t sync to this app. Can’t use watch standalone without it and paying twice is unreasonable.

    Not a continuation of the 5k app. A subscription fee and it starts all over as if you have not completed the 5k app? But the 5k app treats the 10k app as the next step. Very dissapointed. I'll get to 10k on my own.

    No longer free?. I used this app years ago and loved it, but now you have to pay a subscription fee. There are other free apps to use instead that do exactly the same thing.

    Paid for pro before, now requiring me to pay again. I purchased the pro version of this app a couple of years ago. Now, that app won’t work. It keeps crashing immediately upon opening. If I download this version of the app it requires me to pay a new subscription just to get past the first week, when I already paid for the full app already. If I click restore purchases, it says it can’t find my previous purchase because it was a “different” app (the pro version) and not an “in app purchase” that this app requires. Is there some way to fix this so I don’t have to buy the same app twice? If so, I’ll update my review to 5 stars. If not, I’ll have to find a alternate app because I’m not paying twice for the same app.

    Data does not sync to Apple Fitness. I am a stats-motivated person and none of my workout data from 10K shows up in Apple. This app has all the same permissions that C25K has and that one always showed up just fine. I’m going to cancel my subscription and get something that will actually sync.

    Paid for a bundle, no longer works. I feel like a sucker for paying for the full app bundle in the past. I used the 5k, 10K, and was working on 13.1 before getting out of it for a while. Now I come back to find I can no longer get past day 4?! Not a chance I buy a subscription now.

    Useless now that you have to pay. You now have to pay for the full 14-week program and it’s a subscription. That’s insane. It’s such a simple concept for the app it should be a small one-time fee, at most. Just greedy.

    You have to buy subscription to use app for more than a week. Unlike C25K, you can’t access the workouts without a subscription. That’s fine if a company wants to charge for their app, but be upfront about it. Don’t advertise it as free when it isn’t useable without a subscription.

    Bait and Switch. The first week is free and then you’ve gotta pay a subscription? Get out of here. Just charge me one time but instead you’re being greedy. Uninstalled Edit: Developer responded with its best for our users My response, how exactly is this being a subscription good for us? Once the app is built (a one time thing) for a running app, it will require the occasional updates. With new users, it’ll make up for the cost of that for a one time purchase. If you don’t like my idea, that’s fine but you cannot tell me a monthly subscription for just minor updates is good for users.

    Abandoned their customers. I purchased the bundle with all of the running apps 6 years ago, but now due to their subscription model they have taken away the program from those who already paid for it. I feel taken advantage of, charging nearly $30 for a software bundle only to make it unusable due to a business model change. It’s unfortunate that everything has gone to a “subscription model.” Especially when the model doesn’t really give anything new from what was previously available. Stay clear, there’s better options out there.

    Misleading App. If I had the option I would rate this zero stars. Bait and switch. I purchased the “Pro” app a while ago. This was supposed to give me full access to this and several other of Zen’s apps. I will admit I haven’t used the app for a while so when I came back to it to get back to running shape I was very upset to learn that my purchase was no longer valid. You now have to pay a monthly subscription. This is about the dirtiest think I could think of a company doing. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

    Price. It used be be free. I downloaded it ages ago. Now they’ve made it subscription based. No loyalty for old enrollment. Not grandfathered in. ✌️

    Tracking. I used to love this app but they’ve made it so that you can’t use it without providing your location. There’s just no reason for this, it worked fine before when you had a choice. I appreciate the response, but there should be a choice. If you want the added benefits and are ok with the tracking great, but for all of us uncomfortable with the extensive tracking we should still have a choice like we previously had.

    Double purchase. A subscription now even though I bought it years ago! I can’t believe how expensive it is for a subscription when I bought the app. My husband’s recognized his but not mine. I contacted them and still haven’t heard back.

    Paywall. I used this app for years to get me back on track when I’d fall out of my training. Started with the C25K app then decided to give this a go. Absolutely loved it for the 2+ years I had it. Makes running a breeze- less thinking, more carefree runs. Then came the paywall! I decided to open the app again this month to get back on schedule and discovered they require $$ now. I’d much rather have ads than have 0 access to a program I utilized for years. Disappointing.

    Wont launch. I’d just started using the app again and now with the last update it will not launch on my ipad. I wish I hadn’t updated, now it’s useless. Both this and the C25K apps no longer work on my device

    Switched to paid app and lost my progress. I have been using this app ( and the C25K before it) and loved it. However, it just switched to a pay to use app. So now, not only can I no longer continue my training using the app, I can’t see my previous runs either. Really inconsiderate to switch it with no warning. At least grandfather those of us in who are in the middle or near finishing our program.
