Free Apple Watch support sets this app apart from competitors, and logging for a solo user is convenient. But sync between phones is chaotic enough that a couple cannot rely on it, and data can disappear completely.

My wife and I both purchased the app and it will not sync our baby on our phones. We have emailed support and reached out on their only support service through Facebook and they will not respond. If you have a baby and are needing a tracking app DO NOT get this one. There is no support.This was a very helpful app to use in the first month of my child's life, when all of a sudden all of the logged information along with her entire profile disappeared in the middle of tracking a feed. There seems to be no way to retrieve all of the lost information.This is the only way I keep track of feeding. This morning I woke up in a startle after a long hard night with baby and I thought I had missed a feed.
