The idea is strong: a private couple's chat, questions, exercises and prompts that genuinely open up talk about feelings, and some people have used it for years. But the tech keeps failing: chat does not work between iPhone and Samsung, the app freezes and drops to a white screen after first launch, and quizzes will not submit. On top of that it nags for a review after every step and charges 60 dollars a year with no monthly option.
