Long-distance couples love this shared cozy home where you can swap furniture, set a mood through light and answer a daily question, and for many it is a way to stay together across distance. But people are furious that almost everything is pushed behind a subscription, including previously free items and viewing old answers, and the new PLUS tier feels like it holds their history hostage. There are not enough emotions in the mood light, no room for more than two partners, and lately request-timed-out errors keep breaking sync.
