People love the live and recorded classes, the instructors by name, and how the app reshapes their fitness, for some it literally changed their lifestyle. It breaks hard on connectivity: the bike won't pair with the app automatically until you start a class, and ride data often won't show up at all. A special pain is that without a subscription you can't even do a simple freestyle ride, and a bike you already bought demands a monthly fee just to sync with your phone.
