Rouleur is one of the best cycling magazines, people genuinely love it for the content, few ads and deep pieces on riders. The app around it, though, is done lazily, it is basically a photo of each page you have to squint at rather than a proper iPhone layout like competitors have. Worst of all, purchased issues cannot be read offline, it demands you sign in to your account at least once a week or access disappears.
