This app is best because it lets you lock the app and do 1 of like 5 things. Either do a breathing excerise , passcode, do push-ups (camera has to be on ikr ? Haha) and even touch grass (you have to take a pic of grass lol) literally the app is perfect so if you need help getting off of tiktok lol TI love this app, but one little gap keeps me from perfection.
