This app has really helped me recognize my mental health patterns and become more self-aware. Admittedly I use it inconsistently but the daily check-ins & reading my old ones help me become more stable whenever I'm in an unstable time.It would be good if there was a way we can share out account or updates/ Reflectly diary with our therapists. I love how I can journal each day and attach my moods to it.Would be nice if notifications worked consistently and if you could schedule multiple notifications per day.Weitere Apps in diesem Thema
