An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Reflectly offers a structured check-in through questions and mood tags, which is more approachable than a blank page for people who struggle to start writing. The main problems are unstable login that wipes two years of data and broken widgets for paying users.

What reviews praise
Daily question prompts help those who do not know where to start and gently build a reflection habit.
What reviews complain about
Login breaks and locks out years of entries, and home screen widgets periodically stop working.
What users experience
3 excerpts from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
This app has really helped me recognize my mental health patterns and become more self-aware. Admittedly I use it inconsistently but the daily check-ins & reading my old ones help me become more stable whenever I'm in an unstable time.
It would be good if there was a way we can share out account or updates/ Reflectly diary with our therapists. I love how I can journal each day and attach my moods to it.
Would be nice if notifications worked consistently and if you could schedule multiple notifications per day.
