Lensa's avatars and portrait filters were once best in class, but a series of 2024-2025 updates destroyed the product: avatars lost their resemblance to the original face, filters became unnatural, and the app regularly freezes to the point of losing work.

I've always loved this app and have spent quite a bit on magic avatars in the past because they're so beautiful, organic, and accurate.
