Mealime handles meal planning and automatic shopping lists well, but since late 2025 new recipes have stopped appearing and updates have nearly ceased. The app is losing its audience because of content stagnation, not a weak core mechanic.

I love this app for the ease of making my grocery list and the recipes are greatI have used this app for years. I have never heard a single built in recipe. It's just not what I wanted the app for. I'm very frustrated that I cannot search my own recipes by Name when building a menu???? This is such a basic thing??????Haven't had the will or brainpower to cook more than bare minimum for survival for while now. This was so easy. I had food for the entire week Sunday-Sunday and actually had solid meals. My grocery budget increased a bit but there were not any wasted ingredients.A meal plan/recipe app that DOESN'T show the calories? Even worse is they are withholding the caloric information to force you into PAYING to see this info? Why can't there be any helpful free options for a meal planning app, this is so frustrating.Definitely love the app and it has made meal prep so much easier.
