Trip.com is strongest in Asia: trains, hotels, and attractions are aggregated in one place and work reliably for standard routes. Problems arise in edge cases: airline schedule changes are not handled, finding a booked event inside the app is unintuitive, and support gives conflicting answers during emergencies.
