Serious hobbyists love it for the clean interface, the Tonight tab for planning the evening, the events section, and the telescope link-up for aiming. Long-time users happily pay to upgrade. It breaks because the Tonight button crashes after a recent update, fresh comets are missing from the database, and old paid versions are abandoned amid repeated demands to buy again.

What users experience
2 excerpts from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
You can’t include a-once-in-80,000-year comet in the Tonight or Events section without paying more money? What a disappointment.
The telescope connects using SkySafari 7 plus. But the bulls eye target does not show up on the display. So you do not know where you are pointing or slewing to. This is a big issue. SkySafari 6 does not have this issue! Please address this.
