How we score

We read up to 500 real reviews per app and rate the product itself. We look at accuracy, depth and original writing versus generic AI filler. Price and bug complaints we ignore as noise. Star authenticity compares the storefront rating with what people actually write.

  1. SumOne: For Relationships

    1 · 4.9 in store · genuine · 18,358 ratings
    68our score

Couples genuinely stick with it: they answer questions about each other for years and say it shows how a partner is feeling during the day. It breaks on ads: minute-long clips for 3 pebbles, ads after every question, and sometimes it stops opening after an update with no warning.

    Strong

Daily questions that spark conversation, learning your partner deeper, sense of connection at a distance, responsive support when moving an account, eggmon pet and small side activities

    Weak

Minute-long ads for a few pebbles, ads after every question, slow currency grind, some questions with a negative slant, VIP became a subscription instead of a one-time buy, crashes and lost access after switching phones

    For

A couple that wants to learn about each other daily through questions and is willing to tolerate ads or pay to remove them

  2. The Couple (Days in Love)

    2 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 2,507 ratings
    68our score

It is a shared journal and days-in-love counter, and people actually keep it for hundreds of days, especially valuing the shared diary with premium. The weak spots are concrete: the counter sometimes miscounts by a day, the app has lost entries and wiped data, it changes language and dates on its own, and an ad pops up on every action. People ask for a relationship-pause option, more free themes, and premium syncing between partners.

    Strong

Shared couple's journal, days-in-love counter, anniversary tracking, use over hundreds of days, premium themes

    Weak

Counter off by a day, lost entries and wiped data, changes language and dates on its own, ad on every action, premium not visible to the second partner

    For

Couples who want a shared relationship journal and day-counter with nice design

  3. Lovewick: Relationship Tracker

    3 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 1,934 ratings
    68our score

Couples genuinely love the question cards as a prompt to talk over dinner and before bed, plus the memory feed with photos and dates. But a recent update cut free cards from 10 a day down to one, which enraged long-time users who feel cheated. People also complain the app freezes when you answer from a notification and that questions sometimes just won't load.

    Strong

Question cards for talking over dinner and before bed, memory feed with photo captions, date ideas, tracking important dates

    Weak

Free cards cut from 10 to 1 per day, freezes when answering from a notification, questions sometimes won't load, repeated questions, unavailable in several countries

    For

Couples who want a gentle prompt to get to know each other and store shared memories, if they'll pay for full access

  4. Paired: Couples & Relationship

    4 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 203,489 ratings
    66our score

Couples value the quality of the questions that help them learn about each other and start conversations they would not start on their own, some discover new things even after decades together. The weakest part is that after showing results the app gives no advice on how to fix the areas where you scored low, the questions grow stale over time, and the head-to-head mini-games annoy many people. There is a lot of anger about being charged for a full year at once and about the subscription not being obvious upfront.

    Strong

Quality and depth of the questions, helps you learn about your partner and start awkward conversations, works even for long-together couples, secret missions

    Weak

No advice on how to improve areas you scored low on, questions get stale and repeat, versus games annoy people, questions aimed at long-term couples not new ones, charged for a full year at once and unclear subscription

    For

Couples who want to learn more about each other and get talking, and are willing to pay a subscription

  5. My Love - Relationship Counter

    5 · 4.8 in store · doubtful · 925,023 ratings
    62our score

People genuinely love watching how many days and months their relationship has lasted and sharing that counter to social media. But the app nags for a rating far too aggressively, the popup shows up every single time you open it and even covers the screen when someone wants a screenshot. The feature set is narrow, and one user honestly asks for birthdays and important dates about his partner.

    Strong

Days and months relationship counter, simplicity, accurate count, sharing the counter anywhere

    Weak

Constant rate-this-app popup appears on every open, blocks the screen and gets in the way of screenshots, very little to do beyond the counter itself

    For

Couples who just want to see and show off how long they have been together

  6. Candle: Couples & Relationship

    6 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 7,840 ratings
    62our score

Couples, especially long-distance, take to the daily questions, daily photos and widgets, and people say they learn things they'd never think to ask. It breaks on money and small glitches: you pay per partner separately, every update hides more behind a subscription, and drawing gets laggy over time while the camera sometimes fails to upload a photo.

    Strong

Daily questions for closeness, daily photos of each other, home-screen widgets, drawing on a shared canvas, the streak as a ritual, long-distance help, oddly deep questions about a partner

    Weak

You pay per partner separately, every update hides more behind a subscription, drawing gets laggy over time, camera sometimes won't upload a photo, a 2-question daily limit, odd or inappropriate questions, can't write your own questions

    For

A long-distance couple that wants a daily ritual of questions and photos and is fine paying for two

  7. Evergreen: Relationship Growth

    7 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 53,867 ratings
    60our score

Couples say the app genuinely helps them open up and have deeper conversations, and for many it is a great foundation for the relationship. But it hurts a lot that the free part was cut in half, from four daily activities with your partner down to two, and the tree itself will not grow without a subscription. It is also technically shaky, streaks break for a day or two, the weekly check-in gets stuck and does not refresh, plus many complaints about being charged after supposedly cancelling.

    Strong

Helps you open up and have deeper conversations, daily activities and quizzes, the growing relationship tree metaphor, simplicity and engagement

    Weak

Free tier cut from four daily activities to two, the tree will not grow without a subscription, streaks break for a day or two, the weekly check-in gets stuck and will not refresh, quizzes run out in a couple of months and repeat, charges after cancellation

    For

Couples who want to talk more deeply and work on the relationship every day, and are willing to pay

  8. My Love-Relationship Countdown

    8 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 10,668 ratings
    60our score

A cute tracker couples take to: it counts days, minutes and seconds together, keeps the first kiss and first date, sends love quotes and lets you change themes. It breaks where it matters: you can't count up instead of down, notifications glitch with wrong dates, and after a phone reset people lose all their events with no way to restore.

    Strong

Counting days, minutes and seconds together, keeping key dates like the first date, love quotes to send each other, changeable themes, accuracy down to the exact start time

    Weak

Can't switch to count-up, wrong dates in new-milestone notifications, all events lost after a phone reset with no recovery, many features behind a subscription, ads in what is basically a calendar, a forgotten passcode with no password reset

    For

A couple that loves marking dates and relationship milestones and wants a pretty tracker with reminders

  9. Cupla: Shared Couples Calendar

    9 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 2,134 ratings
    60our score

It is a shared calendar for couples, taken to coordinate work schedules, plan dates, keep wishlists and keep both partners in the loop, syncing with Google, Outlook and Apple. It breaks at the free-versus-paid line: without paying you cannot see your partner's events or the whole month, only a week, which kills the point. There are bugs: widgets go white after an update, dates vanish on iOS 26, and the calendar sometimes wipes itself. The forced AI assistant is annoying and cannot be turned off.

    Strong

Shared couple's calendar, coordinating work schedules, planning dates, wishlists, syncing with Google and Outlook, responsive developer

    Weak

Cannot see partner's events or the full month without paying, widgets go white, dates vanish on iOS 26, calendar wipes itself, forced AI assistant

    For

Busy couples and spouses who need to merge work schedules, dates and to-dos into one shared calendar

  10. Just Between Us - Couples Chat

    10 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 1,917 ratings
    60our score

Couples value a fully private chat just for two, where photos stay blurred until you tap and messages never mix with regular texts. The job they hire it for is clear: intimate talk with no risk kids or CarPlay expose it. It breaks on reliability: messages don't arrive, an encryption-key error wipes old photos and messages, and videos longer than 45 seconds won't upload.

    Strong

Private channel just for two, photos blurred until tapped, warming up before date night, protection from kids or CarPlay accidentally exposing it

    Weak

Messages sometimes don't arrive, encryption-key error erases old chats, short video limit, can't resend gallery photos inside the app, weak support

    For

Couples, especially with kids or traveling, who need to talk intimately and privately apart from regular messengers

  11. Cozy Couples: Relationship App

    11 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 40,939 ratings
    58our score

Long-distance couples love this shared cozy home where you can swap furniture, set a mood through light and answer a daily question, and for many it is a way to stay together across distance. But people are furious that almost everything is pushed behind a subscription, including previously free items and viewing old answers, and the new PLUS tier feels like it holds their history hostage. There are not enough emotions in the mood light, no room for more than two partners, and lately request-timed-out errors keep breaking sync.

    Strong

Shared cozy home for a couple, decorating and customizing the room, mood light indicator, daily question and trivia games, caring for a shared pet, long-distance connection

    Weak

Almost everything behind a subscription including previously free items and viewing old answers, the new PLUS tier feels like it holds your history hostage, too few emotion options in the mood light, cannot add a third partner, request-timed-out errors and broken sync, weak support

    For

Couples, especially long-distance, who want a shared cozy space and a daily ritual

  12. ReGain - Couples Therapy

    12 · 4.8 in store · doubtful · 13,235 ratings
    58our score

When you land on the right therapist, people praise it sincerely and say they feel helped and that remote therapy is convenient. Everything around it breaks: charges with no sessions scheduled, penalties for missing when the app freezes, no way to remove an ex-partner after a breakup, and video sessions that freeze and glitch.

    Strong

Convenient remote couples therapy, strong therapists on a good match, smooth connection to a counselor, available classes and recordings of missed ones

    Weak

Charges with no sessions delivered, penalties for a miss caused by app glitches, no live support beyond email, can't remove an ex-partner, broken partner invite links, freezing video calls, cases of an unprofessional therapist

    For

A couple that needs remote therapy and is willing to gamble on the therapist match and put up with technical failures

  13. Couple Widget : Love Countdown

    13 · 4.6 in store · genuine · 3,081 ratings
    58our score

The core function works well and keeps people for years: a widget with a day-counter, the relationship start date, anniversaries and birthdays, plus daily quotes. Customization breaks down: you cannot properly set your own photo on the widget, the app swaps it for its own picture, the shared photo drops off, and entered dates sometimes vanish. The long ad on launch is annoying.

    Strong

Days-together counter, anniversary and birthday tracking, daily quotes, nice design, years of stable use

    Weak

Cannot set your own widget photo, app swaps the picture, shared photo drops off, dates vanish, long ad on launch

    For

Couples who want a simple, pretty widget with a relationship counter and reminders of important dates

  14. Between, Couples Love Tracker

    14 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 21,096 ratings
    57our score

Long-term couples keep Between as their main way to communicate instead of regular texts, valuing the private separate channel, stickers, shared calendar and photo cloud. The huge pain is that for some people old photos and years of chats suddenly vanish, files older than a few months turn into gray boxes, and support goes silent for months. On top of that the app has not been updated in a long time, there are no reactions or replies to messages, and by today's standards it is a very basic messenger.

    Strong

Private separate communication instead of iMessage, stickers, shared calendar, cloud and days-together counter, reliability in everyday chat for long-term couples

    Weak

Sudden loss of old photos and years of chats, files older than a few months turn into gray boxes, support goes silent for months, app not updated in a long time, no reactions or replies to messages, crashes on older iPhones

    For

Couples who want a permanent separate private channel for communication instead of regular texts, and can live with a very basic feature set

  15. noteit - bff widget

    15 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 97,700 ratings
    55our score

People genuinely love drawing notes by hand and seeing them on their partner's widget, and for long-distance relationships it is a warm connection, almost like Snapchat for those not allowed to have it. But the app badly lets people down on reliability, notes often fail to send with an error, the widget does not refresh in the background so you have to open it manually, and long 30-40 minute drawings sometimes just will not send. A sore spot is streaks, they charge to repair them, and after 200 days the blooming vine effect stops working.

    Strong

Hand-drawn notes on your partner's widget, warm long-distance connection, sharing photos and drawings, counter of days with your person, Snapchat-like vibe

    Weak

Notes often fail to send and crash with an error, widget does not refresh in the background so you must open it manually, paid streak repair, the blooming vine effect breaks after 200 days, cannot add more than one person, crashes and freezes

    For

Couples and close friends, especially long-distance, who care about hand-drawn notes and a shared streak

  16. Lasting: Marriage & Couples

    16 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 24,936 ratings
    55our score

Couples value the daily question and the structured lessons, and for some it is a lifeline when in-person couples therapists are unavailable but they still want to work on the relationship. But the app is technically shaky, answers sometimes do not save, dates and times drift, sync lags, and old progress gets in the way of starting fresh. Many are put off by the high price, which they compare to real therapy, and by the murky cancellation where the app and website bounce you back and forth.

    Strong

Quality of the daily question and lessons, structured exercises and date-night workshops, helps when in-person therapy is unavailable, responsive support for some people

    Weak

Answers sometimes do not save and dates drift, sync delays, old progress gets in the way of starting over, high price comparable to therapy, confusing cancellation where app and website bounce you around, too little content for a subscription, no mediator for discussing answers together

    For

Couples and spouses who want to work on the relationship in a structured way and can accept therapy-level pricing

  17. Loveit. couples & real friends

    17 · 4.5 in store · genuine · 3,857 ratings
    55our score

People get it for hand-drawn notes and a widget with the partner's photo on the home screen, and long-distance couples especially value swapping little notes every day. What ruins it is a flood of ads and that almost everything runs into the subscription: without premium notes often will not send. There are bugs too: the widget goes white, drawing lags, and you cannot zoom the canvas.

    Strong

Hand-drawn notes, widget with partner's photo on screen, swapping notes long-distance, Lifetime for 14 dollars

    Weak

Tons of ads, notes will not send without premium, widget goes white and breaks, drawing lags, cannot zoom canvas

    For

Couples and close friends who want to swap cute hand-drawn notes and keep each other's photo on the home screen

  18. Couple Tree: For Relationship

    18 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 1,881 ratings
    55our score

The cute art and a shared forest the couple grows together by answering daily questions genuinely hook people. But many complain trees and logs drop far too randomly, and the free version is buried under 30-second ads. There are also frequent technical failures: blank or gray screens, losing the connection to your partner, freezing and phone overheating after ads, plus questions that spark fights more than closeness.

    Strong

Cute art and pets, a shared forest the couple grows together, daily questions for openness, cheap one-time premium for both partners

    Weak

Too many 30-second ads without premium, logs and trees drop too randomly, blank or gray screen, losing connection to partner, phone overheating and freezing, questions sometimes spark fights

    For

Young couples who enjoy a cute pet-and-questions game, if they'll make a one-time premium purchase to remove ads

  19. Couple Joy - Relationship App

    19 · 4.9 in store · doubtful · 33,949 ratings
    52our score

Couples value the widgets, daily questions and shared quizzes as a reason to stay in touch. But people are put off that the free version gives you literally one set from each category before hitting a wall, so many call it a demo. The AI images in the prompts feel cheap, the daily-streak reset time is inconvenient, and every update seems to reset the streak with a paid repair.

    Strong

Couple widgets, daily questions and check-ins, shared quizzes, fun time together

    Weak

Almost everything behind a subscription with only one free set per category feels like a demo, AI images in the prompts look cheap, inconvenient streak reset time and frequent resets after updates with paid repair, inaccurate location widget

    For

Couples who want light daily questions and widgets, if they are willing to pay a subscription

  20. Love Nudge

    20 · 4.6 in store · genuine · 18,336 ratings
    52our score

Almost everyone likes the idea: mark how full your partner's love tank is and get ideas to care for them in their love language. It breaks on execution: people can't figure out how to share goals and mark them done, and the note you write when rating the tank is only visible to you, which many call the biggest failure.

    Strong

The five love languages concept, the love tank as a way to signal your state to a partner, daily prompt ideas for caring, help with long-distance relationships

    Weak

Unclear how to share goals and mark them complete, the note on a tank rating isn't visible to the partner, tiny unreadable text, keyboard hides the partner's message, can't mark a goal for a past day, a partner is mandatory to finish the quiz

    For

A couple that already knows about love languages and is willing to work through a non-obvious interface for shared caring

  21. Love8 - App for Couples

    21 · 4.6 in store · doubtful · 4,194 ratings
    52our score

The app hooks couples with a day-counter widget and a shared virtual pet, and that is what people love, especially in long-distance relationships. It breaks on the coin economy: the pet is constantly out of food, they added sleep and potty with no free option, and coins drain fast. There are also complaints about battery drain, phone overheating, and basic things like the partner map being locked behind payment.

    Strong

Relationship day-counter widget, shared virtual pet, feeling connected to partner, long-distance check-ins

    Weak

Coins run out, nothing to feed the pet, battery drain and phone overheating, partner map only paid, weak support

    For

Couples who enjoy playfully caring for a shared pet and a day-counter, especially in long-distance relationships

  22. inlove - D-Day for Couples

    22 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 5,102 ratings
    50our score

The app looks pretty and handy, and couples like the design and notifications on meaningful dates. But nearly every other review is about one thing: there are too many ads, they're intrusive, and removing them costs money, which annoys many.

    Strong

Pretty design, convenience, notifications on meaningful dates, cute look, a countdown for couples

    Weak

Too many intrusive ads, ad removal only for money, can't change gender in the profile, won't open on an old iPhone 6s after an update

    For

A couple that cares about a pretty relationship counter and is willing to tolerate ads or pay to remove them

  23. Couple360-Relationship App

    23 · 4.7 in store · doubtful · 2,387 ratings
    50our score

Couples get it to swap story photos that show up right on each other's home screen and for a countdown widget to their next meeting, especially long-distance. It breaks at sign-in: it keeps logging you out, creates duplicate accounts, loses data, and will not let you set an avatar. After the trial the free mode shrinks to one snap every 12 hours and a lot goes behind payment, plus battery drain. People ask for plain messaging and reactions.

    Strong

Swapping story photos on the home screen, countdown to the next meeting, sense of connection long-distance, ease of use

    Weak

Keeps logging out and losing the account, duplicate profiles, avatar will not set, one snap every 12 hours after trial, battery drain

    For

Long-distance couples who want to swap photo moments and see a countdown to their next meeting on screen

  24. Widgetable: Besties & Couples

    24 · 4.9 in store · genuine · 374,368 ratings
    48our score

A sweet idea, raising a shared virtual pet with a friend or partner and keeping a widget on your screen, and people genuinely enjoy it. But the economy is tuned so hard that coins are painful to earn, pets get hungry every 30 minutes, and ads pop up literally every time you come back to the app, sometimes without paying out the promised reward. A couple of people hit a fake malware ad and nearly got signed up for a paid plan by accident.

    Strong

Shared pet with a friend or partner, pet widget on the home screen, mini-games together, cute design, helps stay connected without texting

    Weak

Too many long ads up to two minutes, coins are very hard to earn and pets get hungry every 30 minutes, ad rewards sometimes not credited, fake malware ads slip through, easy to accidentally start a paid plan

    For

Friends and couples, especially long-distance, who want shared cute pet care instead of texting

  25. Couple Games Questions · DeepQ

    25 · 4.4 in store · doubtful · 3,475 ratings
    48our score

It is a set of deep questions for couples, good for passing an evening at a bar or getting a boyfriend and girlfriend to open up to each other. The catch is that almost all the meaningful content sits behind a 7.99-a-week subscription, and people call the free questions basic and generic. Many are annoyed that it begs for a rating every third action and that there is no interaction between partners inside the app.

    Strong

Deep questions for couples, helps you open up to each other, good for passing an evening together

    Weak

Meaningful questions behind a 7.99-weekly plan, free questions are basic, constant rating prompts, no partner interaction

    For

Couples who want a ready set of questions for a heart-to-heart over an evening, if the weekly charge is fine

  26. Lovify: Couple Questions Games

    26 · 4.8 in store · genuine · 1,663 ratings
    48our score

A quiz game where couples guess each other's answers works as a talking prompt, especially long distance, and people get pulled into deeper topics. But the core breakage shows up again and again: answers and questions don't sync between partners, phones show different questions when compared, and matches are effectively made up. It also freezes often, and questions run out fast after paying for premium.

    Strong

Quiz guessing your partner's answers, a prompt to talk long distance, helps dig into topics deeper, easy start for a new couple

    Weak

Answers and questions don't sync between partners, matches come out fabricated, freezes often and won't open, questions run out fast after paying, awkward wording

    For

Couples, especially long distance, who want to learn about each other through a quiz, if they can tolerate the sync problems and running out of questions

  27. My Love・Relationship Tracker

    27 · 4.7 in store · doubtful · 2,246 ratings
    46our score

The core is simple and clear: a relationship tracker with a days-together counter and a timeline of events, and some like it as a cute way to follow the relationship. It breaks because the most basic things are paid: you cannot even see the relationship start date or set your own photo without a subscription, and the pay screen jumps up on every open. There are bugs: the timeline hits a limit and will not let you add events, and support does not respond.

    Strong

Days-together counter, relationship event timeline, cute and clear design, easy way to follow the relationship

    Weak

Day-counter and your own photo only with a subscription, pay screen on every open, ads, timeline hits a limit, support silent

    For

Couples who want a simple days-together tracker with a timeline, if they are fine paying for basic features

  28. Couple Game: Relationship Quiz

    28 · 4.5 in store · genuine · 5,655 ratings
    42our score

The game itself lands with couples and friends: they laugh, compete and learn about each other through quizzes. But it breaks on two things: 60 seconds of ads on every launch and after almost every action, and a paid premium that widely fails to apply, so the clips don't go away, quizzes stay locked, and support doesn't reply.

    Strong

Fun quizzes for couples and friends, a reason to laugh and compete, learning about each other through questions, good for a date night at home

    Weak

60 seconds of ads on launch and after almost every action, ads hard to close, paid premium not applied, ads remain even after paying, quizzes stay locked after purchase, a partner doesn't receive their share of the subscription, silent support, half a year with no updates

    For

A couple or friends wanting a laugh for an evening, if they can tolerate an ad barrage and possibly pay for premium in vain

  29. Coral: Couples & Relationship

    29 · 4.6 in store · doubtful · 3,500 ratings
    40our score

The idea is strong: a private couple's chat, questions, exercises and prompts that genuinely open up talk about feelings, and some people have used it for years. But the tech keeps failing: chat does not work between iPhone and Samsung, the app freezes and drops to a white screen after first launch, and quizzes will not submit. On top of that it nags for a review after every step and charges 60 dollars a year with no monthly option.

    Strong

Private couple's chat, questions and exercises for talking about feelings, help communicating with a partner, thoughtful prompts

    Weak

Chat fails between iPhone and Android, freezes and white screen, quizzes will not submit, nagging review prompts, no monthly plan

    For

Couples willing to pay for a yearly plan for structured exercises and questions, if both actually engage

  30. Couples Games & Challenges

    30 · 4.9 in store · doubtful · 22,881 ratings
    38our score

The idea is simple, truth or dare for a couple or friends, and it does get a conversation going and opens up communication. But the content quickly starts repeating, the free tier is thin, and the paid packs ask you to pay again when you switch phones or after restoring a purchase. People complain that even the extreme level is bland, and that this app is basically a copy of another of their own games with the same content.

    Strong

Simple truth-or-dare format for a couple or friends, opens up communication and conversation, easy interface

    Weak

Content repeats fast and there is little of it, thin free tier and pricey paid packs, even the extreme level is bland, purchases ask you to pay again when you switch phones, basically a copy of another of their own games, does not work offline

    For

Couples or groups who want a light truth-or-dare game to spark conversation, with low expectations

  31. Loverzz: Couples App & Widgets

    31 · 4.6 in store · doubtful · 1,659 ratings
    38our score

People like the idea: quizzes spark conversations they'd never start on their own, plus there are shared doodles, notes and widgets for your partner, which helps long distance. But a huge share of the content is locked behind payment, and even after one partner buys, the other gets asked to pay again. Add the bugs: freezing on entering the anniversary, completed games resetting, being asked to pay again after buying. The text average is just 2.76 against 4.61 in the store, and the praise five-stars sound suspiciously promotional.

    Strong

Quizzes spark unusual conversations, shared doodles and notes for your partner, widgets, helps long-distance couples

    Weak

Almost everything locked behind payment, second partner asked to pay after the first buys, freezes on entering the anniversary, completed games reset, asked to pay again after buying

    For

Long-distance couples who want quizzes and widgets to stay connected, if they'll pay and put up with progress resets

  32. LiveStatus - App for couples

    32 · 4.6 in store · genuine · 4,831 ratings
    30our score

The idea appeals: a partner's status on the lock screen and widgets, a shared pet, photos back and forth, and people kept and loved it for years. But right now the product is down: sign-in throws 503 and temporarily-unavailable, the shared pet shows up for no one, photos and stickers won't load, and it isn't fixed even for those who bought lifetime access.

    Strong

Partner's status on the lock screen and widgets, custom status, a shared pet, photo exchange, an easy way to keep each other updated through the day, some free features

    Weak

503 and temporarily-unavailable errors on sign-in, the shared pet invisible to everyone, photos and stickers won't load, notifications broken, slow loading, unfixed even for lifetime buyers, some of the good stuff behind pro

    For

A couple that wants a partner's status on screen and a shared pet, but the app is too broken right now to recommend

  33. Couples - Better Relationships

    33 · 4.7 in store · gamed · 2,949 ratings
    30our score

The idea is good: a daily question for couples as a reason to talk and learn about each other, and some built it into a morning ritual. But free gives you exactly one question a day, everything else is behind a 5-dollar-weekly plan, and the content barely updates: half a year with no new questions, Christmas and New Year themes shown in spring. There are bugs: answers get attributed to the wrong partner, money is charged on the first trial day, and it will not open.

    Strong

Daily question to spark talk, a reason to learn about your partner, helps start conversations in long relationships

    Weak

One free question a day, everything behind a 5-dollar-weekly plan, content not updated for half a year, answers attributed to the wrong person, charge on the first trial day

    For

Couples in long relationships who want a daily reason to talk, if they are fine paying for a thin set

  34. Relatio: Couples Relationship

    34 · 4.5 in store · gamed · 11,277 ratings
    28our score

The first lesson sometimes lands and a few feel the material is worth the time, but the content is a mixed bag pulled from different frameworks with no coherence. It breaks on money and bait-and-switch: the subscription can't be cancelled through Apple, they charge 50-75 dollars with no refund, and instead of the promised couples help the app drifts into erectile-dysfunction content and demands extra pay for a coach.

    Strong

A few lessons on attraction and needs, easy-medium-hard difficulty levels, quick support response to an email

    Weak

Subscription not cancellable through Apple, hidden 50-dollar monthly charge, 75-dollar charges with no refund, incoherent content across frameworks, signs of AI text and filler, topic swapped from relationships to erectile dysfunction, extra pay for a coach

    For

Essentially no one: it promises couples help but pushes paid add-ons and incoherent material

  35. CoupleGrow - Relationship App

    35 · 4.7 in store · genuine · 6,437 ratings
    24our score

While it works, couples take to it: the questions and games make them more aware of their relationship, and some call it modern therapy. But the product breaks systematically: people get logged out right after signing in, paid annual accounts vanish without a trace, notifications either don't arrive or dump overnight in a pile, and support goes silent for weeks.

    Strong

Questions and games raise relationship awareness, help a couple discuss hard things like adults, a finances topic, that early-dating feeling again

    Weak

Logged out right after signing in, paid annual accounts disappear, support unresponsive for weeks, notifications broken or dumped overnight, much of the good stuff locked behind premium, can't see half of a partner's answers without paying, a promised free entry turns into a charge

    For

A couple willing to risk money for questions and games, but the product is too unstable right now to recommend
