I use the app often. Great offers and discounts. I just recently ran into an issue that the app could have been easier to navigate than it was, in my opinion. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and instead of being able to cancel my order, I had to contact support and wait for a response

The app doesn't allow you to add extra cheese or request no bun….so it's not exactly customization
