An editorial reading of the saved reviews
The Carl's Jr. app is handy for basic ordering and loads quickly, but the rewards system is unreliable: coupons often get rejected or disappear after a failed checkout, and at night many restaurants don't accept mobile orders. You also can't add ingredients to an item.

What people use it for
Regular Carl's Jr. guests who order the same thing each time
What reviews praise
Fast checkout for a favorite burger with basic modifications and pickup straight at the window.
What reviews complain about
You can't add an ingredient to a menu item, only remove one, making in-app customization less capable than the register.
