Harvest is a mature tool for anyone who bills by the hour: timer to project to invoice runs like a pipeline. Desktop and browser are reliable. The mobile app lost ground after being rewritten in React Native: the timer glitches, entries get lost, and reports and estimates are only available in the browser.

For me, the best part of this service occurs on the back end, tallying the hours logged using the app. You can log your hours thru the web or the iPhone app, and then feed that info into your projects and ultimately into your invoices.
