This is the most satisfying way I have found yet to identify less beneficial habits and work on building newer, healthier ones.

As someone who is bad at finding motivation for stuff, especially when it comes to gratitude, it's really motivating to make a digital bird happy.

Finch overall was a great way to get rid of bad habits and maintain a routine, although sometimes you can just forget about it. If that happens Finch does a great job asking you why you stopped using it and why you're using it again. Finch is very good at personalizing its 'daily tasks' based off of what you need.

So sick of the paid advertising for a stupid movie. Used to have a 660 day streak now my finch just reminds me that even an app for mental health will sell out to make more money.

i used to (and mostly still do) love this app but i wish they wouldn't have removed the shared goal micropets :( that feature really helped me to incentivize certain tasks and ive just been skipping a lot of them since that.
