The CBT structure helps identify cognitive distortions, and therapists actively recommended the app to clients. After a redesign, features began conflicting with each other, the AI chat responds with platitudes, and it occasionally switches to the wrong language.

Instead of actually giving me any actionable advice or skills. The cbt ai agent just parrots useless questions back to me. Way worse then using Gemini even though this is supposed to be specialized.
I think it's good. I like how the Chatbot isn't like other apps, it actually remembers and analyzes everything you say and asks helpful questions. However, I hate how it restarts your progress every week… It's Sunday at midnight now, everything I said to the bot has been erased.
I should emphasize that this is a supplemental tool for therapy, and quite effective too, using it during the trial period alone helped me with my thoughts and feelings about work life balance, which is then brought up effectively in my therapy sessions. 5/5 for app itself.
I was suggested this by a peer aiding me in my mental health journey. Being able to deconstruct my thoughts and reassess how I'm thinking and feeling is so helpful!
