An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Convenient pre-booking of airport transfers, but a mismatch between the promised vehicle class and the actual one is a recurring problem: instead of a Mercedes, a base taxi arrives. Driver tardiness by an hour and refusal to refund for a class mismatch appear regularly.
