I've been ripped off in this app twice. Once was with a fake autograph (JSA said it was not authentic), and the other was a damaged item. Both times Mercari basically said sorry, nothing we can do about it.

Mercari is a platform that truly lacks transparency and fairness when it comes to returns. They consistently side with the buyer, disregarding any evidence presented by the seller.
