An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Mattress cooling genuinely improves sleep, but the app handles the tracker role poorly: sleep phase data is inaccurate, the autopilot is intrusive and misreads sleep onset time. Apple Sleep analytics is often more accurate.

What people use it for
People who sleep poorly due to overheating and are willing to invest in hardware
What reviews praise
Separate temperature control for each side of the mattress eliminates conflicts between partners.
What reviews complain about
The autopilot algorithm poorly separates time in bed from actual sleep and frequently gives irrelevant advice.
What users experience

I love the app and the whole set up, but really wish I could set move variability on the app. Night shift healthcare worker here so as of right now only way I can adjust the times is manually not allowing me to fully use the autopilot.
